“New Boiler Purchase & Install: The whole process was so smooth and simple, each and every thing was explained nicely to me by the sales team before I made my decision to make this purchase. Engineer was also very polite and knowledgeable who came to install the boiler.”

“Recently had a new boiler installed and I was so impressed with the engineer who arrived to carry out the install. He was friendly, polite, courteous and well informed which immediately filled me with confidence. The install was timely and went without incident thanks to the engineers skill set. There was no mess to tidy up afterwards as it was left clean and orderly. I would welcome this engineer back into my home without hesitation. Thank you so much!”

“My daughter in law (tenant) was very impressed with the installing engineer. Although the whatsapp survey did not highlight a problem with the installation the engineer managed to adapt and overcome it in a highly professional manner. He was very pleasant and friendly and was highly competent in ensuring the new boiler was well fitted. Thanking him on behalf of my satisfied tenant.”
