“Excellent service with 4 suppliers provide quotes in less than an hour of joining the website. Was slightly surprised to receive 3 phone calls which duplicated the emails received as they were from the same suppliers.”

“What a good idea! pairing people who need part with people who've got parts! I was looking for a seat belt anchor for my Yaris and within a couple of hours I had five people who had the part, I ordered at once and the part arrived today just 4 days after ordering. Perfect”

“Good idea. the site works well, my only concern is the payment methods, some didn't do paypal through the website instead i had to get there address to make payment etc. part was deliver, a little rust on the item but not to bad. cheers”

“I was a bit edgy about giving all my contact details when I completed the on-line form, but within an hour of my query, I had a range of quotes which helped me to budget for the cost of replacing an engine. I'll leave it to the garage to choose where they buy from, but I'm happy with the speed and efficiency of the 247 service”

“I found one site very helpful and polite. When I asked if the price included vat they informed me that there was no vat on used parts. I then phoned another site to ask why they were charging vat? the engine I was looking at was £295 + £10 delivery = total price £366! I was told they weren't charging vat and when I asked why the amounts did not add up he put the phone down!”
