“Trouble reaching them. I asked for a bonnet. I got good quotes but one detail missing was coluir.”

“I asked for my part in red but all the quotes have been for different colours therefore lots of time wasted and money spent on phone calls.”

“I asked to order Engine mount only and you insist to charge me for the engine and the mount so I tried to remove the engine from my order. However, and could not so I quit Thank you”

“I can't send a message to any of the offers as when I attempt to send a message I just get an "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error" As I can't communicated with anybody putting forward quotes I can't verify a few questions. I need each answer linked to my request and to whoever has put forward the quote, just in case anything happens.”

“Quotes started to come through almost immediately but unfortunately quotes only state a telephone number. There is no information on where/who the quote is coming from, nor are their any details of the item. When filling out the quote request I only supplied my email address as I want to communicate by email first to ascertain if the item being quoted for is what is required before entering into a telephone conversation. I even tried to email 247spares to find out if we could change the way in which I contacted the suppliers but there seemed to be no way to do that. Perhaps I am missing something???? Help.”

“Parts did not arrive on time. (missing in post) Had to phone supplier who sent out another order. This arrived but without the fitting instructions which were supposed to be included. Very disappointed”

“Typed in three individual items search said items have been found you are then given a code to view your searches and when I did it said none found??? On all the items gave up”

“Website was easy to use to request a part. Parts suppliers were useless - either calling me with parts that were the wrong colour (but without saying so), stupid prices - I don't expect to pay 60% of the value of a new part, for an used one. Although 5 suppliers provided quotes on the website, only two called me, which is fine. But, because the website doesn't show which supplier is which, I couldn't tell which ones I had already spoken to. So I didn't bother phoning them. Also, I read that the 07x phone numbers are £6 per minute. Although this may not be true, the site should state the rate on those. Overall: rubbish”

“i asked the person on the phone are the tyres on the alloy wheels she they are good.when i get there after driving 80 miles they were a waste of time /fuel .if only people would be trueful”

“Well they said I would receive my part today for my car etc I had a mechic here waiting to replace it which I had to pay 2 hours labour. I called the company and they said up to 7 pm but still nothing”
