Would have scored very good but for their poor choice of courier Interlink express driver text to say no one home, when I contacted their depot their driver admitted he could not find our address I asked why did he not call as he had my number because he sent text message.

The resonce to my enquirry was fast and good. The supplier was helpfull and at that oint efficient. As I couldn't guarantee to be in the next day we arranged delivery for Tuesday 10th. December. I( cancelled my calls for that day and resheduled them for Wednesday 11th. Mid Morning of the 10th I rang to enquire when the goods may arrive as I thought that, by then, they might have some idea. I was told that the item would not arrive that day as they had problems with flooding. I was now in a position of having wasted a day and having to cancell work for the next day as well. This could have been avoided had they had the foresight to ring me early on Tuesday or better still on Monday. Without the problem it would bve full marks. As it was I lost an extra days work as did the mechanic who was waiting to fit the gearbox.

Pricey, qouted £25 each for used front shocks when I could get them new for £32

Enquired about a gearbox for a beetle and got three quick replies. 2 of them didn't have the right box and the third one which had the part told me it would be dispatched the next day.Took my money and now tells me that it wont be here for another 2 days ,because he is busy?

You do get good response for what you searching but you dont to much information about the item you want to buy . Sellers should provide picture of goods colure and other information before I ring them should be option to buying online without contacting specific seller paying through the phone never is safe shuld be PayPal optin paying and non premium rate phone call that wil costs me much more than buying new goods from local garage .

I received different emails asking me to call premium numbers (0703). If you are really customer driven, you could try using 0800, 0845 numbers

Had a good response from suppliers however this was very frustrating as my phone was constantly ringing, voice messages being left because as others were phoning, it was bedlam for a while ( a free for all), kept having to go into voice mail for messages. If you could find a way of fielding or controlling these calls it would make a big difference as this experience has put me off using you again.

Didnt actually use the service as the search for the part I Needed did not show New parts and then was bombared with emails with parts I did not need!!

I already sent you a review a few days ago about the headlamp I enquired about. To be fair, I now know that wild price variation on this item is normal. However, several suppliers offered a headlamp that simply won't fit my car. What's the point of that? And please ask suppliers to include a photo - that makes it obvious whether the part is the right one. I don't want an orange indicator on the left and a clear one on the right!

I had a couple of good messages from legitimate dealers but had too many premium sites contact me. Their number are descised as mobile and had I not internet searched the I would have a very large phone bill coming my way....These sites need to be removed from the service as they are scams and will ruin any service you offer. Please block them

Using the service was ok, but I used another site where I didn't have call anyone the breakers yard were calling me which was good. Also the strange number given to call the breakers it was clear if these were local rate numbers or premium rate which needs to be clear.

I wanted a used head light unit for a 07 Fiesta, not a new one. The non Ford parts go yellow over time. With such a popular car, I cannot understand why companies keep on offering just a new not used unit. I can buy a new non Ford unit locally without paying postage. Therefore I have not purchased.

The response was good but the prices were extortionate for recycled parts The car is not valued at the price of the gearbox by we buy any car.
