Items listed as in stock are not always in stock. Waited over a month for an item that “ships in 2 days” and after multiple new shipping dates, finally cancelled.

I love your edgy modern furniture and accessories, but checking out was not easy…once I chose one item, and wanted to go back to the same one for a different size selection it was very difficult to find the same product…I suggest once you have an item in your cart and you press continue shopping it should first go back to that same item in the event you want a different size or color, then lead you to other products..

As a new customer, I was entitled to use the SAVEFIVE discount code shown on your website. There were no restrictions out limitations shown. However, when I tried to use it, I got an error message that said my purchase was ineligible to use that discount for. That’s not right, and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Either offer the discount, or don’t, but don’t let a new customer think they’re getting a discount and then claim their purchase doesn’t qualify. Therefore, I’m unlikely to do business with 2Modern again; over ~ $45. Does anybody at 2Modern thinks that’s a good business strategy?

My experience was fine. All I did was place an order. It went well, but it should have done so. Wait, what order is this for? I bought and received a mirror from you months ago. That went well. I placed an order for a radio this morning. That went well, too. What isn’t going well is this confusing survey.

After searching several websites I discovered 2Modern and immediately I was impressed by the many awesome designs for the modern look l was desperately striving for. Many items were on sale and the discount code provided to me by 2Modern made my purchase more affordable.

I placed an order with 2 Modern because the shipping date said 1-2 business days. However, I received an email out of the blue stating that my purchase was inexplicably delayed for another 2 months.

Really easy, incredible designs and offerings! Great communication from their customer service team. Packaged so well. All we had to do was unpack it outside and carry the couch in. Arrived in pristine condition. Was really impressed with the careful packaging. I am already buying again but for my office this time.
