“I love your edgy modern furniture and accessories, but checking out was not easy…once I chose one item, and wanted to go back to the same one for a different size selection it was very difficult to find the same product…I suggest once you have an item in your cart and you press continue shopping it should first go back to that same item in the event you want a different size or color, then lead you to other products..”
“As a new customer, I was entitled to use the SAVEFIVE discount code shown on your website. There were no restrictions out limitations shown. However, when I tried to use it, I got an error message that said my purchase was ineligible to use that discount for. That’s not right, and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Either offer the discount, or don’t, but don’t let a new customer think they’re getting a discount and then claim their purchase doesn’t qualify. Therefore, I’m unlikely to do business with 2Modern again; over ~ $45. Does anybody at 2Modern thinks that’s a good business strategy?”
