“Awful. Ordered 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve attempted to call their customer service and they will not answer or return my call. Will never be purchasing from again.”

I sent and email requesting an update and called, I received an email with “estimated shipping date” then today received a new “estimated shipping date.” I placed the order 2 weeks ago, the item has still not shipped. 2Modern charged my Visa card when the order was placed. My expectation from 2Modern failed. Nice website - poor business transaction.”
“I’m very upset with your company!!!!!! We just ordered a 7k lamp which was stated in stock ready to ship…. I just received an email stating that it won’t arrive for another 6 months!!!!!! Totally unacceptable. I hope I will be refunded quickly unless you have another option”
