“The product descriptions are not the best, but I knew what I was hoping to find. If I were just browsing i don't think I would have "found" something, although the merchandise is very nice.
I needed clarification regarding the item that I purchased. I called and left a message. A representative returned my call, provided the requested information, and I made the purchase online. He was helpful and professional.”
“Very disappointing experience with delivery. We ordered the corridor 8173 home theater cabinet which came with white glove delivery ($290 charge). This was supposed to include delivery to room of choice (up to 2 floors), set up , and removal of packaging. When the person arrived he said he couldn’t take it up the steps and he doesn’t do set up. Customer service said they would get someone to come out to take care of it and that we were a priority. No body from the company or the delivery company called to follow up or schedule another person to come out for 4 days. In the meantime we had to get someone else to move it and put it together. Very disappointing and poor communication.”
