I was able to easily discover new products and the shopping experience was delightful. I was easily able to connect with customer support when I needed help and communication was good. It can be a bit confusing if you buy multiple items as they don't ship from a central warehouse, but I was able to contact customer support to get any information I needed”
“I was not happy with the delivery. I asked for white glove but didnt get ot. Boxes arrived and I would NOT have ordered anything costing thousands of dollars that needed assembly!
