“Website and delivery was fine , Absolutely loved the jumper and leggings looked so nice on , especially the leggings fit amazing and love the added pocket detail Really displeased after washing them together on their own for the dye to run into the white lettering on the jumper and leggings and the letter has started to crumble on the back of the jumper see photo added ,which I do expect after many wears not after one, which I am gutted about 😱 as the outfit now looks old after one wash . I hope you can try and stop this from happening as your designs are great !! And it’s a real shame”

“Ordered hoodie for my daughter for Christmas and still have not received. Customer service help is shocking. Trying to get some sort of resolution all i hear back you will receive tomorrow and every day is tomorrow,. they said tried t deliver but i have secure gate and camera i have to open no one can from street and there have not been 1 attempt to deliver. I would not recommend this company”

“I’m 57 years old and I love this gear. I’m from the 89 acid house time and it was all pink and baggy stuff and it reminds me of those days. Well made and comfortable to wear. We had a problem with the delivery last time but I have to say the office sorted it all out professionally and new gear turning up soon. Give them a go and I promise you’ll not regret it. “I was extremely disappointed with my experience with this clothing company. Firstly, they did not respect the promised delivery schedule. Secondly, the customer service was not helpful at all. And to top it all off, one of the shirts that I received was unwearable after the first wash. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will not be shopping with them again”

“I ordered a hoodie and after much delay when I tried to cancel I was told I couldn't cancel and that I would have to accept the goods then return it. When it finally arrived I thought I may as well try it on but it was the wrong size anyway so I returned the item. on 4th January I received a notification I had received a partial refund of £32.01 in spite of paying £35. There is no reason for this as the item was perfect and in the original parkaging. All you have achieved by deducting £2.99 is to guarantee I will never use your company again and will warn others of the returns process”

“Purchased the hoody for a Christmas gift so can’t really comment on the quality. However the service was shocking. If I hadn’t of queried my order after 10+ plus of no notifications I don’t think I’d of received it in-time for Christmas. Definitely would no order from this company again!”

“Very good quality clothing. Had issues with the draw string as they were string. Now they're upgraded to a thick lace, so won't get lost in the wash. Ordered the wrong size and was sent the wrong pair of jogging bottoms,but the returns are quick and easy. Just waiting for my exchange items. Overall happy”
