The clothes are ok my daughter loves them. But they are appalling at customer service especially if you buy from the sales. It’s not free returns they charge you a “restocking fee” the equivalent of the delivery cost. And they take so long to refund you, you start to worry you might not get it. Terrible customer service, totally unexpected bad experience.

I ordered a hoodie and after much delay when I tried to cancel I was told I couldn't cancel and that I would have to accept the goods then return it. When it finally arrived I thought I may as well try it on but it was the wrong size anyway so I returned the item. on 4th January I received a notification I had received a partial refund of £32.01 in spite of paying £35. There is no reason for this as the item was perfect and in the original parkaging. All you have achieved by deducting £2.99 is to guarantee I will never use your company again and will warn others of the returns process

As a starting company which goes internationally, it is a very bad policy to settle customers with big costs for returns. Your a UK company but even for Dutch orders a return costs arrous €20 which is absurd. Follow a vision and make wise choices for sustainable customer relationships, not single sells. Unfortunately i will never buy again at 304. Br
