“My family rented a home in Water Color Florida near Seaside December 2017. The rental company was fine and we did not have any issues with the property manager but the home was not acceptable and generally did not meet our expectations for Vermillion Way which is the Rodeo Drive of Water Color. The home was very disappointing upon arrival due to poor furniture and general lack of adequate furnishings. The home evidently was "on the market" and the furniture was therefor rented and it was poorly staged. Some rooms did not have dressers or tables and much of the furniture was junk. I think I would use this rental company again but I would never rent this house 93 Vermillion Way even if the price were half!”

“Concierge service rip off the "concierge" service was polite but did not do anything helpful. I felt they were just there selling on behalf of their vendors. They then failed to manage the performance of their vendors. I would NOT use 360 Bule in the future.”
“Rented a $10,000 property in Rosemary. House was supposed to have Wi-Fi but it never worked the entire week. We contacted 360 Blue they sent out a repairman but with no result. We took Sonos equipment and other amenities that rely on Wi-Fi to enjoy on our vacation. They Suck...”
“We made reservations about 3 weeks before our stay. We were going for my daughter's wedding. The intent was to have the reception at the home we rented. Since there was a â€?wedding clause â€? in the rental agreement I didn't think this would be a problem. However, on my way down there (2days before the wedding) I was told that this wasn't an â€?event friendly homeâ€?. 360 worked with me some but I ended up renting an extra home for the reception. This cost me an extra $1500. Plus the oven was not working- and with 20 people staying for 4 nights it was difficult to prepare food.”

“Poor customer service, not standing behind the vendors that they suggested through their "concierge" service. We had valid grievances with two of their vendors and they did not help address the problems, 360 Blue ducked responsibility and left it to us to battle with their subcontractors. This is not a good example of how to run a high-end rental business. Don't book third party events and services through 360 Blue!”
