“WiFi does not work all the time. Son-in-law had to sit in Publix parking lot to do his job for two days. When I complained they offered and gave a 10% discount on rental but not 360 services. So basically $210. Very inequitable for the aggravation. Nice house, could be cleaner., especially behind furniture.”
“Terrible customer service. Never returned phone calls. House was dirty and disgusting upon check in and did bare minimum to remedy it. Unreasonable with requests we made. Zero communication of changes they made within the resort such as amenities- why no camp? Why no access to adult pool? Why in the world did Fish Out Of Water completely change? Too much to write. Have rented in watercolor for 10 years and will not go back if 360 Blue in charge.”
“House was good. Needing a little work. Some things were broke, or rough around the edges it seemed, for it to be so pricy. And to have so many stories, and the owners asking us to not use the elevator was a bit of a joke. Overall nice place, and beautiful views.”
“Home was beautiful! It was a trip for our entire family of 14! Home was in highly recommended Camp District and pool area was under construction! We booked in January for June trip and were not informed of construction until April. We were given extra bikes to compensate but nothing seemed close! We were there for 1 week and only saw the sun at 2 pm the day before we left. I realize 360 Blue can't contol the weather but it is unlikely we will return. Our family goes to the beach every summer. We own a condo in Perdido Key and we were so excited to be staying at Watercolor but did not have the experience we were expecting. We tried to venture out to explore the area but with a week of rain so was everyone and 30A was a parking lot. So headed back and played games and read books all week.”
“They seemed very overwhelmed when we were there. Key issues - as in keys were not coded and did not work so when we got all the way to the beach we could not enter. Also left some items behind and it took weeks to get them back even though they had reached out to me.”
“Excellent property. It was very clean and spacious. We had 14 people staying there and we all had plenty of room. We did have some issues with the ice maker and dryer but we had very prompt service in getting those things fixed and taken care of promptly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.”
“I worked with 360 Blue on a house in Destin Florida. It was Tequila Sunrise. They house was in total disrepair. It was not what was advertised. It had cockroaches (huge), holes in the ceiling, mold growing on third floor, door handles falling off, leaking roof, tub in master did not work, things missing from kitchen and just overall not up to par. I paid a lot of money and I spent the whole week talking to 360 Blue to get things fixed. Everyone was very nice on the phone and came over to try to fix things. I did have to call them 3 times to get the report on the mold to see if it was black mold. The tub was never fixed. The house would get 1 star but I gave 2 stars because 360 Blue was respective on all phone calls. Do not rent this house! Not what you think or what I was told.”
“My family and I loved our condo! Since the building isn't a high rise, the area at the beach wasn't crowded. The porch is big enough for my big family and we played a lot of games at the table. I will use this company again!”
“Management company was unresponsive to requests to speak with the property manager after a fan fell in our rental - rendering one room uninhabitable. We asked to speak with the property manager from 360 Blue after the incident and received NO response until one week after our rental ended. Additionally, the unit was VERY dirty upon arrival. Great location, but I feel bad for the owners of the unit who hired this rental company. They clearly are not providing them service equivalent for the fee i am sure they are charging.”
“This was our 4th trip to 30a beaches, and by far our best summer vacation experience. The condo is in the perfect location - the heart of Watercolor - across the street from the beach - and just st a short bike ride to Seaside's food trailers!!! - my wife and daughters favorite thing. Everything was just as pictured. Easy access to amenities. The street behind the condo was adjacent to a central garden that was absolutely beautiful and led straight to the Boathouse and lake. The two free bikes were a nice bonus and a great way to experience the area. Can't wait until next summer.”
