“Poor customer service, not standing behind the vendors that they suggested through their "concierge" service. We had valid grievances with two of their vendors and they did not help address the problems, 360 Blue ducked responsibility and left it to us to battle with their subcontractors. This is not a good example of how to run a high-end rental business. Don't book third party events and services through 360 Blue!”
“House was terribly dirty, not maintained. 90% of shades on lower level didn't work, master bath had roaches, microwave was broken, grout in guest baths was black, etc No compensation was offered. Renter beware.”
