“Very pleased with 360 Blue. I have in the past been a home owner and hired 360 Blue to manage my properties. They were good then in 2015 and now they are refined and even better. This time as a guest I received a gift upon arrival. I thought that was a very nice touch. They responded quickly to repair requests we had in the home. That was expected and met efficiently. They mailed items to us that were left at their expense. That was really outstanding. The only critique I have is that a walk thru on their part checking lights etc would have caught the fact that the hall lights were burned out and needed replacing. I also found a pair of underwear in the dryer that were left from the previous guests. If a thorough walk thru and detailed check was done those items would have been caught. I'm still very pleased but as a business owner myself I know there is always room for improvement. I'm sure 360 Blue will appreciate knowing that. Thanks so much!”
“We basically lost out two full days of our "week" since we weren't allowed into the house until 4pm on Saturday, and we had to be vacated by 10am the following Saturday. No one was in the house so it would've been nice to make use of the facilities for that first Saturday. We didn't get our amenity cards until Sunday afternoon. And there wasn't even salt and pepper! For the amount paying for the rental, bikes for everyone and beach chairs for at least the adults should be been included.”

“There was a very important detail that wasn't communicated to us regarding access to The Watersound Beach Club which included the pool, restaurant & complimentary beach chairs & umbrellas. The 360 Blue itinerary suggested using a local company for rentals & never mentioned anything about the club which is a large part of Watersound's amenities. It was approximately $600 to rent the chairs. Luckily we decided to walk to the Beachclub where the employee informed us about obtaining passes. We had already paid for two days of rentals & believe 360 Blue should have reimbursed us. I would use them again in hopes that this type of glaring error will not happen again.”

“We recently rented in Watercolor and there are two things that I would mention that were not to my satisfaction. The first being that a young family with little children were above us and from the time we arrived until the morning of our departure those kids ran back and forth down the hallway in their condo right over our heads. I call 360 Blue and asked them to speak to the family but never heard back from the property manager. I did go speak to the mother of the kids upstairs and told her it was very loud and disturbing but she didn't give me the impression that she cared or was going to do anything about it. We spent a fair amount of money on that condo for 4 days and I'm not happy about being underneath little kids. I think this is something to consider when you renting these units. I've raised my kids and now when I go away I don't want to have that going on over my head. Secondly, there was no tissue in any of the bathrooms of the unit. I think that should be customary for the money involved. All in all the unit was in good shape but I wouldn't rent it again because it's on the first floor and you have to keep the blinds drawn or people can look right in especially in the master bedroom which butts up to the parking lot. I think that should have been more clear in the description.”
“Awesome location. Terrific furnishings and shower water pressure. Only complaint was being woken up at 8am every morning by gas powered leaf blowers. It was sounded like a motocross race.”
“This was the first time 360 Blue handled my reservation in Watercolor. They did everything to make our stay seamless. They provided us with items that were missing from our home the same day and with a smile each time. Their staff was topnotch and their employees on the premises of Watercolor were extremely polite and always accommodating. I would go directly to 360 Blue for future Watercolor rentals.”
