Tired of staying in a cramped hotel room? Why not get together with a few friends and pitch in on a house from 360 Blue. That's what we did and we had a blast. Give it a try, the house was first class as well as the service we received from the staff of 360 Blue.

Starting with the website and list of offerings, and then thru the reservation process, information provided, ease of access, and response to inquiries, and ending with the end of the period, it went well. Customers should be aware that the entry and departure times are exact as the keying system is an electronic key pad. The code is provided through their App.

We love 360 Blue and have rented through them many, many times. Their properties are always consistent - beautiful, high quality, well furnished. They are very responsive to any request we have ever had and have always handled any need promptly and efficiently. We have stayed at many different properties - and definitely consider them our rental company of choice. My one request to 360 Blue however, is to watch the fees. I have noticed over the last several years, the fees have steadily increased to the point where now the fees sometimes approach or surpass the amount of the actual rental. Also, the new "Executive Access" amenities are not for everyone. We don't golf and are not interested in special tee times or driving long distances to access an amenity. For example Villa Coyaba properties now comes with this EA yet are no where close location wise to those amenities and it just raises the cost for no great reason. At least give the option of opting out of amenities that a customer might not need or desire to pay for. We highly recommend 360 Blue and will continue to use them, but if the fees continue to increase, it may get to the point where we will have to consider other options.

Whenever going to the beach, I go to the 360 blue site to find an amazing home to rent. Their customer service is wonderful. The staff is always friendly and ready to make your stay hassle free.

The only complaint I would have is that our Watercolor pool passes left in the unit were not active and we could not access the pool area for several hours because no one was able to get new ones to me. I would suggest that those passes should be checked and ready for use when a client checks into their home. It was very frustrating!

During our stay, 360 Blue was in contact daily and was very responsive. However, once our credit card bill came and we had some questions, we were given quite the runaround and the company never accepted responsibility for our concerns.

Great house. Rent one every year. This was our favorite. We will rent it again. One note. Get some window coverings for second floor master bath. I had to use towels. Other than that, perfect!!
