“Not sure...it has been over 8 days and I'm still yet to receive my tickets or a confirmation email? Booking was quick and easy, and I think I got a good price...but, would be good to have the tickets soon after confirming and paying...”

“Booked family ticket (1 adult 3 kids) for kidzania on Sunday morning/afternoon. Family ticket cost £65; roughly half price. Just had to print off reference and phone kidzania to book our arrival time-slot. Four hours well spent. Bargain!”

“The purchase of the tickets was fast and easy. My issues arrived when I reached the venue I had booked waited in line for 40 minutes to be told the ticket I had needed to be exchanged for individuals tickets from the box office which had a line which took another 30/40 minutes. We booked these tickets to save us time and give us more time to enjoy the Theme Park. We ended having some very tired and grumpy children who just wanted to start to have fun but couldn't due to the poor quality of service we received. If this is what needed to happen it should have stated clearly on our paperwork to avoid the delays we experienced. However it should not have happened in the first place as your company should ensure what is being issued to customers is the correct ticket for the venues!”
