“AVOID THEY ARE SCAMMING THIEVES!!!
I ordered a fridge seal in November and first was told they didn't have in stock but I was charged for this item &suddenly they have the part. This was received but was wrong. I have been emailing since December to get them to get DPD to collect my item so I can be refunded. They have continually lied to me stating that they've arranged collection when they haven't and I've not received my refund. I've now raised a complaint with my bank to try and get a refund **USELESS THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES ESP GIVEN THE HARD ECONOMIC TIMES WE'RE ALL GOING THROUGH😡😡😡***”
“Just prior to Christmas I ordered a part for my dishwasher and paid extra for next day delivery. Very early the next day I received an email stating that it wouldn't be that day so I had no choice but to buy a new appliance (it was the day before Christmas Eve and I couldn't risk being without). I found it difficult to track down where the part was and DPD attempted delivery next day which I refused. '4our house' seem to be making it as difficult as they can to both clearly communicate with and to refund me - which they have promised via email and which I'm possibly going to use to pursue them legally. There are many other parts suppliers - avoid this one.”
“Ordered an oven door seal and so far no delivery, no answer to emails no other way of contact do looks like they are £40 up and me loosing £40 .

“Ordered a replacement door for my oven, as I had smashed it. Item delivered was manufactured the wrong way round. I tried and tried to get someone to speak to me, as what's to stop them sending out another exactly the same if I order another?
All I was offered was a return and refund. My oven is currently unusable. They do not want to resolve my problem. "Sorry we don't stock the item!" I get that, but I need to speak to someone, not webchat, not return and refund. I want a guarantee that I get the part that I need!!”

“OVER 2 MONTHS WAITING so far for a part that was shown as in stock on site, I had to contact them to see what was happening after a month and was quoted a date two weeks later for delivery, never happened, contacted them a FURTHER MONTH LATER and have now been quoted another date… I advise everyone to shop elsewhere, horrible experience, poor customer service, I will not use this company again.”

“I needed an element and went for one with same specs as the broken one as could not find cooker specific part. Ordered it next day delivery and after reading some bad reviews thought i had made a mistake with this company.i was wrong, item came same spec as faulty part and next day as advertised . 5 star service ..i will use again untill they give me a reason not to.”
“Would give zero if I could. Stay well clear! Ordered a new glass top of an induction cooker. Was told item not in stock but you will have it in 28 days. Had to get in touch with them after 8 weeks. No way of calling them, if you try to do online chat then soon as you say its a query about and order it comes up with a message that no operators are available so I said it was to place an order and as if by magic operators were available! They don't respond to emails. Told me it will be another month and a half so just asked for to cancel and refund. No confirmation sent so will chase. Wish I had seen all the negative feedback before order but you live and learn I guess.”
“This is the worst online store I have ever seen. When the order was placed on July 25, the item on the website showed "in stock", but it has not been shipped. On August 1st, I found out that there is no contact information on the website, only online chat, and it took me a long time to contact their website through online chat. Their customer service told me that the product was out of stock (but the website still showed "in stock" at this time), and I didn't know when it would be shipped. I told him that I wanted to cancel the order, and the customer service closed the chat tool directly. After waiting until August 3rd, the order was still not cancelled. I still contacted customer service through the chat tool on the website. The customer service told me that the order could not be cancelled because they showed that it was in stock. I told him that I had cancelled the order before, but he did not respond at all. , just told me that there is stock and can't cancel the order, I asked him how long it would take to ship, he answered me 3-5 working days, but not sure, let me wait for their email, and then he closed the chat tool again. This is a really bad site, it's disgustingly bad!”

“On 23rd January 2022, I ordered 4 parts for my oven from this company. Only 3 arrived; without the fourth, the first three are useless. Weekly updates became monthly then stopped. It became clear that the item was out of stock with little or no prospect of ever arriving. In June, using the online chat, I asked for a refund, to which they agreed. I checked that I would not have to pay for postage. This is all in the chat, which I saved. However, when the return instructions were emailed to me, there was a charge for posting the "unwanted" heavy items. On 23rd June, exactly six months later, I emailed both the CEO and Managing Director (Andrew Sharp and David Holden). Neither gave me the courtesy of a reply.
As it stands, they owe me almost £80. I intend to get my money back through the small claims court.
Avoid this company at all costs - there are far better ones out there, who are honest when they are out of stock.”
