“They are selling the parts even if they don't have them in stock without letting you know that delivery will be postponed. After you complain they are refusing to change delivery to express one because you paid only for standard one even if the package should be already a couple of days with you. The part did not arrive at all. They lied to that money was not taken from my account even if PayPal history clearly proving otherwise. Spent a lot of time calling them and messaging them. In the end, have to ask PayPal for help. Paypal sorts it out and refunds the money for me.
This company is totally a scam. Avoid buying anything from them.”

“The 4ourhouse web site advertised next day UK delivery for a Neff oven outer door, which I duly ordered, paying £8.99 for the privelige. Two days later, no delivery. I went to the online chat service to ask "where's my oven door". It was hopeless. Took half an hour and many page refreshes to communicate with anything/anyone. Someone eventually said they would expedite my order. A week later, still nothing. Back to the online chat (this time quickly) and a robot-type response said Neff were out of stock. There was no indication of this anywhere, neither during the ordering process, nor while waiting for delivery and tracking it. I got to the 4ourhouse web site via a link sent to me from Neff themselves in response to my enquiry "How can I get a replacement outer door to my oven?" Never again. The 4ourhouse web site, the online chat service - hopeless. Haven't got a clue how to do things properly. In the end I cancelled the order.”
“Ordered an in stock part on 3-5 day delivery. A month later I am still fighting to get it dispatched, being repeatedly fobbed off with "we will investigate" emails. No explanation and no offer of resolution or refund. They claim to have called when they haven't. All of the companies pass the buck backwards and forwards and I would advise nobody to order from this company. “I ordered blades for my Bosch garden trimmer from this company. Told that they had been despatched on 15 th April. Could not track them at all. They have never arrived. I have emailed the this company 4 times with no reply. I now will have to go to PayPal or my credit company to get my money returned. “For sure the first and the very last time i ever use this company or any of its sister companies. It took me a very long time to figure out which magnetic strip was the correct one for my freezer (american style fridge freezer). Once found i was unable to apply the discount code online so called in to order. The lady was very thorough with her knowledge however was very keen on charging me 10£ for next day delivery and was not helpful in applying the discount code. After a very long time on the phone having to try and argue for standard delivery i realised i had spent 20mins on the phone to someone completely unaware of my needs. Charges for this call must have been horrendous, on the other hand i still do not have my product its been over two weeks since i ordered. Having had an online chat (never going to call again) i was told the item is out of stock????? So why was i not informed of this and why was i being charged next day delivery? I find it disgusting that in this time of crisis companies like 4ourhouse think it is ok to mess their customers around and try and make money off of the back of this. In this pandemic I have a freezer that does not work and I am now told i have to wait another two weeks. completely unacceptable, Im actually going to take this further but felt the need to make sure everyone knew the truth.”

Finally had to call, and spoke to someone who struggled to work out what was going wrong and was confusing. “They are Liars just there to take your money, I rang this company looking for a part for my mixer (I'm a Baker) they ordered the part I was looking for, when delivered on the 27th December it was the wrong part not even for my mixer , rang the company again they gave me the we are so sorry line and i explained that i need the part as i had a cake order to go out on the sunday 29th december .Not only did i have to pay yet again i was promised free next day delivery for the Saturday as i needed the part ,they lied got the delivery notification today not being delivered till Monday30th i now have to let my customer down and it cost me”
“In Sep 2019 I ordered a spare front glass for a Grundig GEBM45003B single oven. First this inept company send me the wrong part which I had to return. After ordering the part again in October I am now told it will be with me Dec 13th..... Just let that sink in..... 3 months, a season to receive a part.
