“I ordered burner caps for my Indesit range. I cant believe the excuse that they cant find my payment details from the Order/Invoice number??? These details should be linked together. What a stupid company to have no access to these impt details after a month! They asked me to call, and spend more on phone charges?! Its fishy that they want me to submit new payment details. “I ordered blades for my Bosch garden trimmer from this company. Told that they had been despatched on 15 th April. Could not track them at all. They have never arrived. I have emailed the this company 4 times with no reply. I now will have to go to PayPal or my credit company to get my money returned. I have given this company one star because I cannot find a way of giving them a - rating which is what they are worth! My advice to you all is. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”
“For sure the first and the very last time i ever use this company or any of its sister companies. It took me a very long time to figure out which magnetic strip was the correct one for my freezer (american style fridge freezer). Once found i was unable to apply the discount code online so called in to order. The lady was very thorough with her knowledge however was very keen on charging me 10£ for next day delivery and was not helpful in applying the discount code. After a very long time on the phone having to try and argue for standard delivery i realised i had spent 20mins on the phone to someone completely unaware of my needs. Charges for this call must have been horrendous, on the other hand i still do not have my product its been over two weeks since i ordered. Having had an online chat (never going to call again) i was told the item is out of stock????? So why was i not informed of this and why was i being charged next day delivery? I find it disgusting that in this time of crisis companies like 4ourhouse think it is ok to mess their customers around and try and make money off of the back of this. In this pandemic I have a freezer that does not work and I am now told i have to wait another two weeks. completely unacceptable, Im actually going to take this further but felt the need to make sure everyone knew the truth.”
“I ordered parts in January and by March they had not arrived. I was told their supplier, the manufacturer was out of stock. I contacted the manufacturer who said they had 28 in stock. I cancelled the order with 4OurHouse and ordered them from the manufacturer direct and received them 2 days later”
“Order placed 15th Feb. Did not receive when promised. Sent several emails to customer service without reply. Finally had to call, and spoke to someone who struggled to work out what was going wrong and was confusing. Finally found my order and after telling me how much I had paid, requested proof of payment in order to process the order. I had already sent proof of my cr card payment on an earlier email. Total rubbish. Awaiting resolution.”
“They are Liars just there to take your money, I rang this company looking for a part for my mixer (I'm a Baker) they ordered the part I was looking for, when delivered on the 27th December it was the wrong part not even for my mixer , rang the company again they gave me the we are so sorry line and i explained that i need the part as i had a cake order to go out on the sunday 29th december .Not only did i have to pay yet again i was promised free next day delivery for the Saturday as i needed the part ,they lied got the delivery notification today not being delivered till Monday30th i now have to let my customer down and it cost me”
“In Sep 2019 I ordered a spare front glass for a Grundig GEBM45003B single oven. First this inept company send me the wrong part which I had to return. After ordering the part again in October I am now told it will be with me Dec 13th..... Just let that sink in..... 3 months, a season to receive a part.

How is it that when I order Neff spares I get 48hr delivery service every time? I'm a trader of Neff, Smeg, Bosch ovens and when I order spares from them it's simple. These guys are F@+*ing useless.

“was placing an order and the system entered a default address which was not mine, i contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do, I contacted the carrier and they said the 4ourhouse had to contact them and changed the delivery address, so far nothing, they are terrible”

Paid for 3-5 day delivery. Received it within 2 weeks. Bought another one meanwhile with overnight delivery as it was urgent. Received that one the next day. It takes 20 minutes on the phone to get through. But difficult to buy hisense parts elsewhere. So you're stuck.”

Duplicated order, parts incorrectly advertised and not suitable for machine stated. Refund process hugely difficult and stressful. Customer services email will take 5-7 days to respond, and then with a completely pointless, vague, irrelevant answer. And so the process begins again, wait another 5-7 days for pointless response, Phone staff polite, but completely inept at dealing with problems. I've been 'played' today, if you ask for supervisor you'll be told you'll get a call back once they've reviewed case. The call never comes, and I believe that this is a cynical ploy by their staff to get you off the phone so to speak. Currently battling £344 refund. Utterly appalling, disgraceful company, and the only review of this type I have ever left. Totally incensed by this shower. Disgusted by their incompetence.”

Delivery was good (although box a bit squashed), only wrong item was delivered. Contacted 4Ourhouse to advise and got email saying 48hour response. Response arrived a week later saying right item was delivered. Went back to LG who confirmed the remote delivered was not correct. Went back to 4Ourhouse and got another incident number stating 48hour response. A week later I have still had no response.”

I ordered a Beko condenser it arrived the next day in 2 parts, phoned their premium line had to return it to them and reorder and pay again that arrived the next day in 2 parts, phoned again spoke to a man who assured me that he would make sure that it was suitably packed not just chucked in a brown box 3rd condenser arrived this one was broken in 2 again phoned again asked to speak to Supervisor or Manager was told would be called back before end of business today guess what yep no call back

First order was for two items and when delivered one of the item was not what I had ordered with totally different part number. Returned said item but took over two weeks to receive refund. Also reordered and paid again for missing item I required at same time I arranged return of wrong Item but this was not processed until the returned item processed despite being a totally separate order. Additionally was told I would not be charged delivery on the new order but then delivery charge was added and taken from my bank account.
Definitely would not order from this company again as their order processing ,picking , dispatch is extremely poor.”
“Ordered on the 26th tried to track the item took three days 29th before it was showing it had been dispatched. Still not received it. When I contacted them they said three to five days after dispatch not from date of order. Totally misleading delivery information. I will never deal with them again. Still waiting.”
