“I ordered parts on 26/5/21, and received an email on 7/6/21 stating "We're pleased to confirm that the product you ordered CLAMSHELLS PAIRS EV7 with an estimated date is due to be back in stock in 2 to 4 weeks, please allow another 3 to 5 workings days for Delivery. We have kept in constant contact with our suppliers to ensure we can meet this schedule but if there are any changes we will keep you informed by email every 7 days. "
I chased on 30/6/21 and was told "I do apologise unfortunately this part we have only recently been made aware is obsolete and has no alternative. You should have been emailed about this and I apologise if you were not. I have now cancelled the order for you and apologise for any inconvenience"

“My experience with 4ourhouse and Trusted shops has been a joke. When I placed my order it said I would receive it next day if I placed order within the the next 45 mins. To my surprise it had been dispatched and it is with Royal Mail also it’s still not hear what a disgrace don’t trust this doggie company with anything with any appliances. You can't give no stars!”

The reason for my review is that I have never experienced such a sloppy, unprofessional and disastrous company, 4ourhouse that is. My order was allegedly dispatched incorrectly as I don't know what happened. Tracking link said it had been returned back to the warehouse, twice, due to labelling issues. I had requested & paid extra for next day delivery. That never happened. Several e-mails were sent by me requesting where my order was at. Tracking link showed nothing. Exasperated, I cancelled the order as I had no update & nobody willing to take ownership of my order.
4ourhouse are not fit for purpose.”
“Paid for next day and they have taken 4 days so far. Blame is directed at DPD but after 2 phone calls and over an hour of my time, DPD confirmed they never received the parcel. Terrible”
“Ordered two replacement wheels for our Beko tumble dryer, got sent two different looking wheels. Paid £70 to have them fitted. Three weels later one of the wheels failed, another £70 to be told that... 4ourhouse response was to offer free return of the faulty item. That's it £140 down becaise you have zero stock control and zero interest in the basocs of customer care. Its now apparetly 'safe to order again'. Amateurs.”

I ordered an outer oven door on 22nd November with an estimated delivery of 28 days and it still hasn't arrived. I get emails blaming the supplier but only after I chase. The last email says they dont know what is happening with my order. This was after I asked to investigate. I'm still waiting.”
“I ordered a part from them on the 27th November 2020. I was told when I confirmed the order that the part would be delivered by the 18th December 2020. I did not receive any further communication from them, and early January I reached out to them and was told that I would definitely have the part on the 29th January 2021. It is now the 5th February 2021 and they tell me I will now only receive it on at the end of February 2021. They do not communicate with you at all. If I had known this I would have used another supplier. Honestly, I would not recommend you use them at all as you more than likely will not receive your part, and then have to deal with the frustration of having to chase them all the time. They are incredibly unprofessional.”
“Absolutely dreadful and incompetent company.
Twice they sent replacement microfibre steamer mops and both were the wrong ones. My e mail confirmation clearly shows that it is a pack of two and there is a picture of them. They also are attacked with velcro. However, they sent one round elasticated mop and another oval elasticated mop.
Stupidly I tried a third time and 17 days later I have not received my order.
What did I expect when they can't even count to two.
Avoid them at all costs. No means of telephoning them and I guess I can say goodbye to my £25+ Thanks goodness it wasn't more than that amount.”
“Very poor customer handling unreliable service and delivery. ordered replacement hoover charger for my elderly mother to go to nearest supermarket(Morrisons). according to them unable to deliver because a supermarket is closed? I smell a rat!!”
“Outstanding service. I ordered a new shelf for my fridge and it arrived 15 hours later (on Christmas Eve). The part wasn’t cheap but found this on many websites.

“They are selling the parts even if they don't have them in stock without letting you know that delivery will be postponed. After you complain they are refusing to change delivery to express one because you paid only for standard one even if the package should be already a couple of days with you. The part did not arrive at all. They lied to that money was not taken from my account even if PayPal history clearly proving otherwise. Spent a lot of time calling them and messaging them. In the end, have to ask PayPal for help. Paypal sorts it out and refunds the money for me.
This company is totally a scam. Avoid buying anything from them.”
“Meant to have dispatched part on 24/11/20. Today 7th December and still nothing arrived. £3.50 to ship a small spring and 13 days later. Nothing arrived. Shambles of a company to get some sort of help or response. Avoid like the plague”
