“They saved me multiple long trips to London and a great deal of stress, answering all of my queries quickly and returning my documents exactly as promised. Whilst it was not a cheap service, it was certainly cheaper than the competition and the service could not have been any better, so I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will be using them again if anything like this crops up in the future.”

“Visa arrived now, just 1.1/2 working days before we leave for China. Stress levels so high. Our contact person had left the company but no one had taken on the client. Visa was due to arrive 10 days before. I emailed 10 days before and 9 days before and phoned 8 days before. Finally the visa was organised but not mailed out until yesterday 5 days before. I'm relieved that it has arrived finally, as promised but would urge anyone applying through 5starchina to chase at least 3 weeks before in order to avoid such stress.”

Sorry for the stress. Visa application were submitted to visa office long ago and was on schedule. Due to change of staff, communication was not as good for few days to update with customer, also the visa office 10 thousand pounds worth printer has broken down on the day visa should be printed, hence the visa delivery crossed over the weekend and get very close to departure date. Wish you a nice holiday.

“They Rang me the day they received my application to let me know there were problems with it which enabled me to correct them immediately and save time. They also kept in touch by email letting me know the progress of my application. I would have no reservations in recommending 5 Star China Travel to anyone thinking of travelling to China.”
