“Ordered a new bicycle for my Grandson via Click & Collect. Store did not have it in stock when I placed the order. However the bicycle was available built and ready to go within a week. Always good to deal with this store when I need anything bicycle related. Staff are friendly knowledgeable and efficient.”

“I bought the bike online and an hour later got a phone call to say the bike was not in store and that their stock system was not really good. I was told they would have it from the supplier in 3 weeks and they did. The service from Dylan was very good, and the pick up went smoothly. The phone service is very poor, but after saying all of this I would purchase from them again.”
