Any issues i have found they resolve very quickly. The only draw back is there is no store where i live so either have to travel over an hour or purchase on line. “I recently bought a Yakima EVO hitch carrier for my bikes. The price at 99 Bikes was extremely well priced compared to others and the staff in the Fitzroy North store were polite and helped to carry the heavy box out to my car. The only downside was that I never received a phone call that my product was ready to be picked up after I ordered it online for click and collect. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.....overall, very happy with 99 bikes and the quality product purchased.”
