“The staff member who helped size my son up for the bike also helped me place a lay by via phone so we could keep the bike as a secret Christmas present. Very patient with my son and could have easily sold me the more expensive bike but advised the difference in the bikes due to my sons size would mean a slightly smaller and significantly cheaper bike would be more comfortable for him. I know profits are important but customer service like this is why I only buy from 99 bikes and not the other main bike store in Fsyhwick”
“I ordered the Wahoo Bike for $6k. I specified that it be left at my front door, one floor up and at the front of the unit block which is about 20 metres from the street. Despite this it was left just off the street path, ground level next to the bins!”

“It was the height of Melbourne lockdown, appointments only. Service bookings were full. I brought a rear wheel to the Kew branch seeking advice. The staff member told me I needed certain sized shim. She ducked inside to grab one and gave it to me, freely. I explained I did not have the tool to be able to fit the shim. She went inside again, spoke to Service and they fitted the shim in a couple of minutes. Still no charge, and I'm on my way. Now that's what I call service - and i will think 99 bikes first, when next I need to purchase something for the bike. MF, Hawthorn”

“Only spent $50 online to be picked up at the Capalaba store. Close to 2 months later, still have not received my purchase. Have not had a phone call, have not had a text message, have not had a message left on a missed phone call. Have not even had an email. And I know you have my email, cause I'm answering this review, and I receive daily sales notices. You may as well broke into my house and stole my wallet. The worst service by anyone I've dealt with in any service, that includes the telcos. Extremely hard fail No I won't be picking it up at my earliest convenience. They have my address, they can deliver it free of charge at thought earliest convenience.”
