“Had my 9Barista Espresso Machine for over two years. Bought one of the first - Mark 1 #283. It is aesthically delightful (almost hilarious) from opening the package, on assembly, to seeing it in action; reliable - first use was, perhaps, befuddling, but ever since it has just worked time after time; robust - super-well-made, unexpectedly heavy, thoughtful selection of materials for each component; fun - enjoy the ritual of using it; and makes great coffee - personally, I add it to a mug of hot milk, best coffee of the day.”
“I adore 9 Barista and own two for my own use so I can make two pots for myself at once. The valve has burst many times. The first time I ordered replacements, it took over two months When I contacted to say I hadn’t received them yet, they said sometimes mail took a long time. Eventually the parts came. After that I planned for a long delivery time which was usually was under a month. Just recently I ordered 10 more safety valves and got them in a few days. I was thrilled. I think they must have a supplier now in the US Nothing makes better coffeefor me than 9Barista( and I have had MANY stove top coffee makers )n so I have been patient”

“Hello, I am very happy to buy a beautifully made and designed product. Although the price is not cheap, it is more worth cherishing. Let me talk about my experience of using it, 1. In addition to mastering the appropriate grinding fineness for the first time, I don’t know how to control the appropriate firepower (gas). The first trial brewing time was about 10 minutes before the coffee liquid appeared. 2. I don’t know how tightly the handle needs to be turned. If it is too tight, it will not be easy to turn it away after cooling. 3. I am switching to an electric stove and I don’t know what the recommended wattage should be. I am still trying to find out. Small firepower will cause the water to boil. Not boiling. Overall, it is not too difficult to operate and is worth using every day.”
“This is a very nice experience. The machine is well made, it takes only few tests to have the perfect espresso! It makes one cup at a time, and it takes time to “reload” but what a pleasure to have a perfect coffee when traveling in my van! I strongly recommend.”
