My recommendation: Make the boiler in two parts, a flat disc, available in different materials and sizes in 1cm increments, screwed to the upper part from below with a screw ring. In Copper for Ceran and with a rip ring for gas (like Jetboil Camping stove). Energy efficency will become the most important purchase incentive. And second, please offer each single part of all what your ever built on your web site for all time, and propagate this as advertising. I came to you, because Flair espresso refused the replacement of a broken screen, only available in bundle with the very expensive whole portafilter.”

“There´s not that much to say besides of that this is the Espresso Maker i had in my dreams for the last couple of years when i was unhappy with the "Bialetti" machine y used to have and unhappy to buy this huge Stand-alone Espresso machines. Coffee is amazing, the use is (in my eyes) simple and it´s just great to have all this in such a small, minimalistic design. There´s just two points i am a little bit unhappy. First is the weight. This thing is heavy!!!! So unfortunately you will never ever bring it in your backpack to a summit nor to the beach or to any other remote place where you have to think of the weight you bring. SAD! The other thing is the Chimney. Guys, seriously? You graded this beautiful clear design, all made of stainless- and forged stainless stell down buy adding this tiny little plastic piece of chimney. Obviously it doesn´t bring down the quality of the result but in my eyes it just doesn´t fit to the sophisticated rest of the design. My suggestion: V2 in (if technically possible) titan and weigh reduced with a sexier chimney. BOOOOM!”
“Been waiting two years for someone to create a dosing funnel expressly (espresso-ly ??) for the 9Barista. This works like a dream, and I'm even able to use it (a little bouncing back and forth is necessary) with my Giannina 3-cup moka pot. Color me happy !!!”
“I had high expectations and 9Barista delivered. While not exactly cheap, I appreciate the ingenuity and the craftsmanship of the coffee maker. It is well made, with attention to detail, and the accessories are useful and matching in quality. Note that unlike mass-produced products, it still feels a bit "machined" and there are a few somewhat rough edges and surfaces, but I find a certain steampunk charm in this :-) Worldwide shipping can be a tad expensive, but understandable, considering the scale of the operation.”
