“If you're thinking about buying anything from Achica, my advice is don't do it! Their customer service is non-existent. Just awful...
After waiting six weeks for my order to arrive, I contacted them and was informed that there was a delay and the order would not be shipped for a further 3 weeks. They offered to cancel my order and refund my money, which I accepted so that I could buy something similar from a more reliable retailer.
A week later I received the cancelled order. I've now been told that, despite having written confirmation that I had been refunded, I will not receive a refund until at least 10 working days after the order is returned to them. Their couriers only operate Mon-Fri so I would have to take time off work for the pleasure of sorting out Achica's mistake. Oh, and I have to give them at least 3 days notice to arrange a collection... looks like they'll be holding on to my money for a while yet.
It takes at least 3 days for them to respond to emails, and responses are formulaic and totally unhelpful. Please learn by my mistake and look elsewhere online for your homeware needs!”
“FAULT with cracked back panel on swan fridge under warranty would not replace no contact number to speak to sent 50 e mails to no avail. Thank god for swan who will replace the item. this company is a con their have written the book of excuses what a joke trading standards are now going to investigate these”
“I have ordered with Achica before and know it takes months to get the stuff but payment is taken immediately. However, I paid for 2 bar stools in October and only 1 was delived in December. No communication so I emailed them (no phone line) and they said they only had one in stock and would refund the other. I pointed out that I needed a pair and they arranged collection. It took about a week for collection and to agree postage refunded but it has so far been 25 days without any refund though I email daily and keep being promised it is 5-7 days and has now been sorted. They relied to a review on another forum saying that I had been refunded, but this is a lie.”

“I have shopped very happily with echoic for many years however in the last 9 month or so my confidence has been lost.
My last FOUR orders have either been damaged, delayed or lost. So much so that an order placed in November didn't arrive in time for Christmas which meant I had to purchase the item elsewhere and pay a premium to for that product. Not to mention astronomical express delivery charges.
One order placed in October last year arrived (Part order) in Mid December. All the items were broken on arrival. Literally today (13th January 2016) I have received a partial refund. Why only part of it I have no idea but I'm sure it will now take another week and a whole heap of hassle to get to the bottom of the issue and get a full refund.
Don't be fooled into thinking you're going to get a bargain at Achica because you're more likely to be disappointed and frustrated.
