"They have tricked me. Pathetic customer care. Mental harassment to deal with them. Don't order from them ever. Not giving my refund"

"I placed an order through there website on 28th June,\r\nIt was cash on delivery.\r\nLater I got a message from shipway that it has been cancelled.\r\nI did not cancel the order and did not receive any mail or call from your there regarding it.\r\nI am attaching the screenshot of order confirmation and message from shipway.\r\n this was very unprofessional at there end."

"Its pathetic. The quantity of the product is so less. And the packaging was too bad. That more than half of the lotion that i ordered was not there in the box. And their customer service is very poor. I messaged them on instagram 3 days back. And no one has reverted. They are busy putting stories on the insta page but no time to reply to a customer. Poor quantity plus poor service. Havent even used the product. Makes me feel angry seeing their product in such a poor condition. Would never shop from new brands like this.. regretting.. bath and body works would have been so much better."
