“Used Blackcircles have two new rear tyres fitted to my BMW on 19/9/2022, by North East Auto Service Chester-le-Street. The tyres have deflated on 3 separate occasions due to poor sealing at the rim and tyres had been gouged at the rim during fitment (picture) also a tyre pressure sensor had been broken and poorly "taped" up (picture), North East Auto Service Chester-le-Street refusing to fix and claims they are now "out of warranty". Tony is now ignoring my emails - cheers North East Auto Service Chester-le-Street won't be using them again.”

“Placed order paid all good 3hrs later email saying reschedule fitting, chose the next day , all ok. Turned up at fitting station only to find no tyres had been delivered. “Paid £170 for 2 x Michelin Pilot sport tyres to be fitted & tracking etc done. Asked garage to check balancing told all was ok. ONLY 2896 miles later both front tyres are totally bald and illegal for use on road on the outside edges (Michelin states tyres should be good for 20,000 + miles). Contacted Blackcircles to be told it was due to “wheel miss alignment” told them I paid them to ensure they were NOT miss aligned. The receipt shows “Fitting all inclusive” yet they say it’s not down to them. I went to “professionals” looking to receive a professional service and this is what happened. What else could I have done to prevent this happening?”
“Paid for 4 tires booked an appointment on the day and get an email the day before fitting saying the garage can’t fit me in and I need to rearrange. I’ve already changed my work commitments to suit the fitting and now have to explain to my manager I need to change again after they have sorted cover! This isn’t good enough I have tyres that need changing ASAP as it was flagged in an MOT”
“Ordered tyres from back circles middle of August, 2 days prior to the fitting date get an email saying the tyres I ordered are not in stock (no indication as such on the website, and still giving me the option to purchase them). Anyway they offered to change me to another brand of tyre for the same sort of price, and changed my fitting date, the day before the rescheduled fitting date i get an email saying the tyres are delayed and the new fitting day is 2 weeks from the 2nd scheduled one.
have tried to talk to customer service multiple times, i find them unhelpful and rude. my new fitting date is new 5 weeks after my original order date, how is that acceptable. Wont be using them again and wouldn't recommend them, currently requesting a refund and will go to a local tyre shop.”
“Appalling service! Placed an order 5 days prior to the scheduled fitting date. At 4pm the day before the fitting I was notified by email that the tyre had not been delivered and there would be a delay of at least another 4 days. Meanwhile, BC had taken my money, no one answers the phone, and claiming a refund is ridiculously difficult.
I should know better though as I had this problem with them 4 years ago. Be warned, and avoid.”
“Failed to fulfil what was sold on-line tyres not delivered in time for booked appointment, happy to take your money. Customer service dreadful never got promised call back and wait ages to get through. Rude person on my call. Couldn’t guarantee anything and had no confidence in them. Overall never again ,”
“Very poor level of service - simply failed to fulfil what they sold online regards the ability to fit a set of tyres with a mobile fitter on the date that was booked and promised.
I required a set of tyres to be fitted that week, ordered on the Sunday and given available slot on Wednesday for fitting.
Was emailed on Monday to say that slot NOT available, but Thursday morning was however. Agreed to this change.
Was emailed late Wednesday evening once their phone lines were closed to inform me that fitter was unavailable to fulfil the Thursday appointment.
Very late notice.
Email stated that only availability was for Saturday, which was not suitable at all. Tyres had to fitted by Friday.
I emailed to cancel.
Ridiculously hard work to cancel, as emails apparently go unread and stock replies seem to be sent out, regardless of the customer input.
When I cancel you simply have to reply " yes sir, straight away sir, apologies for failing to fulfil our promise to fit your tyres on the promised day - here is your money back" It's that simple.
Don't waste my time with superfluous emails, which then require me have to phone you just to get some sense, and a clear acknowledgment that you will cancel and refund.
My experience - Blackcircles.com are hard to trust, unreliable, late with pertinent information, and then when cancelling because of their poor service it is more of an ordeal that necessary.
Very poor customer service indeed.

“Bought 2 front tyres from blackcircles and was fitted and tracking done by a parner garage. After 12.000 miles after visit a local garage I had to buy new tyres same day because of poor tracking my tyres had inside wear of both sides. - blackcircles blame me about, very poor complain service and they don’t care about clients!
Not recommend to buy from them if You want to loose money because nobody will care about You after!
4 days call everyday to customer service and everyday they promise someone from complain department will call me and they just sent email and at the end blame me!”
“Blackcircles use to be efficient and I was 100 % happy on previous occasions but they don't appear to be the same company. Very poor service. They were quick to take the money. Canceled fitting appointment several times stating that there was a delay sourcing the tyres but in fact they had sent the wrong tyre to the garage several times. Won't be using again.”
“Absolutely useless, from what I can understand BlackCircles will happily take your money even if your chosen and paid for tyres aren’t available in stock. My fitting appointment was cancelled by BlackCircles and I was asked to rebook, no information as to the reason, very inconvenient. Rang my selected garage to find out what was happening, advised only one tyre had been delivered, having ordered two, what was the point in delivering one I have no idea. Contacted BlackCircles customer services via email took over 72 hours to get a reply, woeful delay and f#cking annoying to be honest, having been inconvenienced. Had tyres fitted elsewhere in the meantime due to having no communication. Don’t waste your time, book your tyres elsewhere, to avoid a stressful experience.”

Their warranty process is cumbersome to the point you will give up. They will ask you to buy and install a new tire and the whole warranty will drag for MONTHS.
It is not worth it.”
