Awful service, 2 of the 4 tyres didn’t turn up for the fitting slot. Nobody interested in helping after hours of phone calls given a slot 2 days later only to find tyres still haven’t arrived!! Now given some nonsense about supply issue. Still hasn’t been sorted out! Originally the local garage had a delivery note for the tyres but not the actual tyres

I would have just ordered the tyres and had them fitted by a car garage near me on a next-day delivery 2 days before they cancelled! To just change the appointment and let me know at the end of the day is just unacceptable.
