On several occasions, items were cancelled and missing and I didn't even get a full refund. Worse, an item wasn't delivered at all, and I have been waiting for a refund for two weeks and I am not getting any answer from customer service. Clearly this is not a legit website and they are stealing from people.

I had to remind them to dispatch the items, but once I received them, I was very happy. The Ted Baker coat is just amazing and it was half price. I am super happy.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Two out of the three items were never received. The welcome £10 discount was not taken off of the refund. Was told this was because the other item purchased was not over the £50 to qualify for the offer. This is completely misleading when I never received the two other items, which were still showing ‘in stock’ on the website. Avoid purchasing from this company!

I ordered some Belgian Chocolates this week for a present. They looked amazing which is why I ordered them . They came in a thin plastic bag. I was shocked at this as we all know that chocolates to be at least in a box with lots of protection. Luckily I checked the contents as I had a feeling that they would be damaged which I found to be the case. The chocolates were all over the place in the box box and damaged and chocolate bits all over the box, like most manufacturers they should have been protected both inside and outside. How awful if I hadn’t checked them and given them to a friend. If you order these please take my advice and check he contents before you give them to somebody. I felt it was disgusting and lacking in common sense in the way they were not protected, as we all know how parcels get flung about during transport. I have had success in the past with this company.

Recent purchase of a Rainbow Golf Brolly. More of a large brolly as the brolly had a turned handle and very flimsy spokes and not at all suitable for anything other than showers and definitely not suitable on a golf course. RRP most certainly wrong as it’s certainly overpriced.

I ordered a mattress. It said single but they later changed it to small single. And that was the problem! it's a small single and thus too small for my son's bed. All well when I first contacted costumer service over a month ago!!!! I have just been told that the retail doesn't want to take it back because I open it!!! So costumers have no right to return??? There was no mention of that!!!! I am now stuck with a mattress I don't need and will of course not be refund. I am looking to make an official claim. They need to be responsible for selling the products!! Not buying from them again!

I have ordered some clothing in the past, but looking at your offers from top retailers recently I have noticed just how old a lot of the stock is. I have recognised some items that I have bought 1-2 years ago. A lot of the beauty stock is also from old launches rather than recent products. I get why retailers want to off load old stock, but it doesn't make the goods such a bargain.

Just about to buy my annual Moleskine diary when I saw the £5 postage you added at the end. Out of curiosity I weighed mine for 1st class postage and it was under £2. What a huge mark up you are making. Please can you review this.

I was just about to order my regular Moleskin Diary. Good price (I thought) and then saw the postage of over £5 you added on at the end. Out of curiosity I weighed my current diary for 1st class postage and it cost under £2. It's actually now cheaper to buy the diary locally. Please can you review your postage costs. I have bought clothes on your site but am now noticing more and more old stock.... some very old stock!

I thought Brand Alley was a good find but almost everything I have ordered has been faulty. Candle with offset wick so it wont burn evenly, body lotion and bath gel, pumps dont work, 3 wick candle that just burnt down in 3 small tunnels. Crystal earrings sent back broken on arrival and really cheap looking.items take an age to arrive and the quality is just not there, no more purchases for me.

Not impressed sent me the wrong size trainers. I got a refund on my postage but I would also need to pay for a return so I sold the m on ebay. Also I bought earring which said they were rose gold. When I received them I found out the were rose gold plated.

Only after I received a damaged product did I see the numerous reviews on here about how Brandalley products are often seconds and fakes. I Ordered curtains by Laurence Llewellyn Bowen. Brandalley said they had originally been £80+ but after I had ordered, I saw them for £25 (the Brandalley price I paid) on other sites, including full-priced curtain retailers. When they arrived they immediately did not look like £80+ curtains (shoddily-made) and they had flaws (an ink mark and damage to the nap of the velvet in many places. I kept them for use on a less-visible window as it annoyed me to have to pay postage on returns after I'd already paid the original postage to receive them when the other companies who had them would have posted them for free. My first experience with Brandalley and I won't be back.

We have purchased several items from brandalley now. We are happy with the prices and the variety of products. However, it’s taken us a while to cotton on to the fact that every item they send seems to be a “second” or a manufacturers reject. Everything we have received from them (clothing or home wear) has a very small defect. Sometimes not noticeable straight away but definitely there. I don’t think this is an issue for certain products like homeware items (I have 4 products for the home purchased from brand alley, all with a small fault that aren’t too noticeable and don’t affect use). However, please be very very careful when buying clothing or shoes. The small fault you may not notice straight away will mean the products do not last as long as you’d expect (my husband has had to throw away 3 x polo shirts which were only a few months old and I have had to chuck away some trainers). For some people this may not be an issue, however please remember that if a reputable company can sell genuine items a lot cheaper then other companies there must be a reason for this. We will probably still buy from brand alley for homeware items but NEVER again for clothing or footwear.

Be careful of buying brands without authenticity - I bought a Mulberry Bayswater bag from Mulberry a few years ago. I’ve come to sell it on the pre-loved authentic sites But it’s being rejected as it has none of the authenticity that mulberry items should have. I took this up directly with @robfeldman CEO and at first he was very hands on, picked up my bag promised me a refund. Then after 2-3 weeks he said that @mulberry had confirmed it was real. But would not provide evidence from Mulberry of this. When I contacted @mulberry head office they confirmed they would give no such validations. I’m reading more and more about possible fake item cases from this site. Having been a customer for years I’m shocked.

Fraudulent. Same products available without the 'original' markup price. No delivery for ages, no notification of that. Checking that out is how I discovered the fraudulent listings.
