Purchased a hot wheels toy and the motor didn't work so I returned it. They said they would refund the return postage but did not as they said it was working. The strange thing is I bought the same toy elsewhere and it works fine so they have clearly just lied. Avoid this company.

Posted an item back on the 30thDec., now 14th Jan. for refund. Keep getting negative responses to emails, no contact phone number! One email response told me all returned items had to be returned to their depot in Denmark for processing!!! Still trying, will put it in hands of CC co. if no joy! My advice don't buy anything from them!

On Sunday 15th December I purchased a Nintendo Switch Console with Grey Joy-Con controllers (Upgraded Version) with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (Nintendo Switch) after finding a deal on Hotukdeals.co.uk. Delivery was showing as 3 days and it was showing as being a UK power adaptor. First I knew that there was a problem with the order was when people were posting that the page had been changed and people were being sent messages that they were shipping uk adaptors as the Switch was actually a Euro plug. I contacted Coolshop and they sent me the details for the return but unfortunately the Switch arrived on Monday 23rd December - 2 days after the adaptor was delivered! This left me no time to find a replacement in time for Christmas and to my horror they had shipped a Neon and Blue version - not the Grey Joy-Cons that they had advertised and sold me. I had no choice other than to wrap and give the item for Christmas as I could not find, or even afford, to purchase a replacement and await a refund after shipping the item back to Coolshop. Disgusting behaviour - the old "Bait and Switch" routine usually found on the market stalls years ago - Del Boy Trotter would be proud of you Coolshop! So why did Coolshop not offer to replace the power supplies and let you ship the Euro one back to them. Why did they advertise the sale as Grey Joy-cons and actually ship Red and Blue? Basically because once they had your money and shipped so close to Christmas they had you over a barrel. They never even offer to replace the Joy-Cons with Grey ones. I will NEVER purchase from them again and I will post this review everywhere I can find and tell everyone about the appalling service. Unfortunately I had to leave one star - would like to have left no stars! Buyer Beware - this really is a bad company to deal with!

Very frustrated to see how many negative reviews are on here, and that I didn't check this site first before purchasing an item. The item I saw was on Facebook and because I felt that Facebook would have reviewed these companies before allowing them to sell on there web page I figured it was a safe deal. Unfortunately like everybody else writing these reviews I regret making a purchase that I did. I ordered a remote control excavator that is shown to have a lot of detail and to be very durable. What I ended up receiving after waiting was a yellow plastic piece of junk excavator that wasn't even worth buying at the dollar store. I contacted the customer service and have yet to receive an answer. I also contacted one of the owners of the company and he has not replied to my comment and request for help dealing with this purchase. Like everyone else I'm recommending that you avoid purchasing anything it looks like a good deal on Facebook because it's more than likely a scam. I'm definitely checking into what can be done about fraudulent companies being on Facebook.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Item returned via their label. Item lost. No refund a month after return. They say they have to open a case with couriers before hey will refund which is illegal. Appears as a scam.

I pre-ordered Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Breakpoint (Gold Edition) + Nomad Figurine (Bundle) with Coolshop in May 2019, to then be told in Sept, about 2 weeks from release, that the pre-order has been cancelled because "an item on your order has been discontinued and will no longer be available." Which is blatantly untrue as the Gold Edition and figurine are both separately still available, at much higher prices than the bundle. The web page for the bundle is still live, and my order history still has the pre-order showing as accepted. This is very poor customer service. Coolshop, don't make a promotional offer live unless you're willing to honour it. It was on your site for four months before you decided to cancel, and your cancellation reason isn't genuine. You cancelled because the offer was too good a deal and you wouldn't make enough profit. I won't buy from Coolshop again.

They take money for product you purchase but their seller never sends product and coolshop says there is nothing we can do, coolshop should be banned from acting so unethical and robbing customers overseas.

Coolshop is NOT a trusted site. They sell defective products to their clients. Do not be fooled by their prices which are too good to be true. We purchased a babies portable bathtub from them ‘Chicco Bubble Nest’. It came without a proper support (missing part) making it impossible to use and VERY DANGEROUS as it collapses on the newborn when he is placed inside! It is more than one month since the purchase and they have not sent the missing part! in addition this company has no telephone or address so they leave you without any customer service once the product is sold. BUYER BEWARE!

DO NOT BUY from this company we purchased a Hippie Tipi tent as a Christmas present for my son this did not arrive until the day before Christmas Eve even though it had been purchased in good time. When we opened the box to put to up the tent on Christmas Eve the canvas cover was missing. How do you explain to a young boy that Father Christmas has left five poles for Christmas? Coolshop haves no telephone number to speak to them directly and HAVE NEVER replied to emails sent about this matter

Stay far away from this amateur enterprise! Bought the blu ray movie "Coco" for my daughter, but it would not play. The picture froze on the background image for menus and the disk drove "idle". Sent it back and asked for a new version of the same movie, but was told that they had viewed / played the movie 2 times without problems (may be Denmark's best workplace!). Got the ingenious advice that I had to try another player (because the norm obviously is that everybody is supposed to have several blu ray players). The problem is that we only have 1, which, incidentally, can play all other movies without any problems. Reminded them again that this stupid advice will not solve our problem. Therefore, I wanted to cancel the order, as the product, for us, is defective. Then got a new mail in which they wrote "I'm really sorry to hear that the product does not work on your player since our defect department has played it twice on a blu-ray player where it has worked both times and if the product was defective it would not work on any player. Unfortunately, we can not exchange or refund for an item that is not defective. " Or, in other words: "you're lying, you can easily play the movie, but apparently your favorite waste of time is to return perfectly fine movies, and then ask for a new copy of the same movie!" Now, I had the NON-FUNCTIONING Blu Ray returned to me with a broken cover, that will not close properly. It's simply not okay "Cool" shop
