“Please don't use this company. They do not respect pick up times and then when you call CS, they casually give you a new pick up time for 2 hours later. Quite apart from no apology, the reason given was "weather". The rain today hardly constitued "weather" and now the sun is shining. Extraordinary. May I also add that, a text message to say there was a problem with the pick up is the bare minimum one would expect if they indeed had any intention of picking up my parcel.”

The way they do business - read informing customers of potential customs payments - is through a msg that contains a link that expires within 48 hours. “DHL ecommerce is terrible!! I ordered an item from a merchant and was provided a tracking number. I tracked it and there were no updates for 4 days. I contacted DHL ecommerce and was told I'd have to contact the merchant!! Unbelievable!! They have the package but you need to call the merchant to to get an update if any! Imagine UPS, USPS or FedEx telling you to contact the supplier to track a package that they have!! This company is incompetent and refuses to take ownership for items in their position. Stay away from DHL ecommerce as much as possible! BUYER BEWARE!!”

Package was supposed to be delivered on the 5th January, very late in the day, after 17:00, I received an email informing me that they will deliver on the 8th January.
On January 8th I STAYED HOME ALL DAY … no tracking info … and finally at 17:30, an email telling that they tried to deliver, but I was not Home 😡😡😡😡

“My package was missing for three weeks. Initially, I contacted DHL Express multiple times due to an unscanned label. Subsequently, Express claimed to initiate an investigation up to three times. Supposedly, this had happened, but later, I was informed that it was not the case. Since the package was not scanned under DHL Express but as an E-commerce tracking code, I had to contact DHL E-commerce.
An investigation was launched, but I was hung up on multiple times during calls, and the connection was dropped twice. I felt like I was being sent from pillar to post, with no one reading, listening, or showing any effort to trace my package. Despite explaining the issue six times, no notes were taken, and I had to repeat my story each time.
As a resolution, I was offered a compensation of only 10 euros, based on a weight of 1 kg. This, despite the package containing a watch weighing 200 grams with a value of 750 euros.
If this had happened with a private individual, the police would be at your door, reports would be filed, and serious problems would ensue. However, because it's DHL, it seems like nothing is wrong, and they brush it off as something that can happen.
I will never use DHL again. It's disgraceful how they treat people; their service is not even worth a 0. They don't take people seriously, and something really needs to be done about it.
For me, this is the last time with DHL. I recommend avoiding it!”
“Worst delivery service ever. They were supposed to deliver my packages by December 16th or 17th. Got an email saying that they wouldn't arrive until the 29th of December. Didn't arrive until today January 3rd at the Post Office. NOT MY HOUSE WHERE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED. The POST OFFICE about 25 minutes from my house. “worst delivery service ever. couple of my packages are delayed. after their estimated delivery date have past I wrote them an email to ask for assistance. their reason for delay is because of the high volume of shipments and there is no EDD available! i mean isn't high volume of shipment good for their business? how is it a surprise? isn't moving stuffs is what they're supposedly good at? I just don't understand their business guarantee of getting your packages before the holidays and then screw up in the process - fundamental criteria of a scam! If you have other options, stay away from DHL. Otherwise put a review because technically that's the only thing you can do when you've already paid for their service.”
“I ordered a gift for my son for Christmas in November. I received a notice stating that it would be delivered by the end of the day on Dec 5th. It never arrived. I received another notice stating it would arrive on Dec 13th, again no delivery. I contacted customer service and was told that they would get it out for delivery on Dec18th, again no delivery. I contacted customer service yet again and was told that I could pick it up in Charlotte NC. I live 40 minutes away and the package was very important to me so I took time off from work and I drove to the address given to me. The package was not there. I WAS NOT HAPPY. I asked why all of three notices that I received from DHL were lies. I was told that they were not lies they were autogenerated. I told them that the customer service people were not autogenerated and still what I was told was untrue. I was told that it is Christmas and I should understand. Well I don't understand if I am told repeatedly a story that is not true. It is still Christmas for Amazon and I have not had this problem with dozens of packages from them. I was told to go home and they would look into it. I was called a few hours later and told that the package was lost and to file a claim with DHL. I called to file a claim and was told that this was incorrect information, I must file a claim with the company that I purchased the item from. It is difficult to believe anyone from DHL as I have never been told the correct about anything thus far.”

“Do not send any packages to Europe using this courier. They charge an exorbitant £42 for a very small package, and despite numerous emails explaining that it's a gift for my mother, they still charged her 52 euros, claiming it's for customs tax. The total cost is less than £135, including mostly second-hand items. Imagine sending a small Christmas gift to your mom, only for her to end up paying 52 euros just to receive it. I will never use DHL again. Despite multiple emails requesting correction of the customs tax, they ignored my pleas. The first delivery they hesitated to give, and my mom paid for the second delivery as there seemed to be no alternative. I have proof of emails with no resolution. Beware and avoid using this service.”
“On Friday 4th August 2023 I purchased an Apple iMac M1 A2439 4.5K Retina 24" LCD Screen Glass Assembly 2021 Pink from LCD4Laptop for $386.41 GBP ($775.96 AUD) but it came on Tuesday 8th August 2023 but I had been in the Gold Coast for a week from Tuesday 8th August 2023 until Tuesday 15th August 2023 and this afternoon I just found out that I just received the screen, which had been cracked on the top and on the side.”

My parcel should have been delivered on 21st November. According to the app it has been delivered to the delivery depot almost every day. The expected delivery to me is still showing 21st November. The App is totally useless, you can’t contact anyone, sent numerous emails but no reply. This company is a joke.
