“Driver scribbled on paperwork and printed my first name but spelt wrong then pretended I’d signed for the goods they hadn’t in fact delivered. I call that fraud. Deceit at best”
“I ordered an SSD disk from Amazon which happened to be delivered by DHL Cyprus. Upon receiving the envelope i innocently signed for its delivery. When I opened the envelope i immediately realised it was tampered with; indeed, the item I ordered was not inside the envelope. As you can see in the attached image, it is clear, DHL staff stole the disk, a small and very light item.
When I didn’t find the missing item I contacted the delivery man, he said he didn’t know anything about my missing item and informed me that he was going to get his boss to contact me. I never heard from his boss or anyone from DHL.
I attempted to get the matter investigated by Amazon who confirmed that I had signed for the delivery of the item and as such I had no case.
Folks, beware, DHL employ thieving staff with very creative tactics like the one used on me.
Never EVER sign for any item before you check yourself it is in the case/envelope and it is actually working . Also check for tampering with envelope seal; open the envelope or case in front of the delivery people before you sign for it.
Do NOT sign for the item if you haven’t checked its existence .
DHL Cyprus are turning into a crook shop by the sound of it. I have heard several cases like mine from mates in Limassol and Paphos.
To whoever stole my item, I hope you choke on it, I wish you nothing but ill-health and misfortune for you are nothing but a piece of filth in the hands of corrupt and filthy management.”

“I would give this company negative stars if that was possible. Somehow they actually managed to be worse than Roger’s.
I’m waiting for my pay stub after the amount of my time they have wasted. I’ve spent more hours than their own employees dealing with this. I have had to arrange the last 2 weeks of my life around this package from setting alarms in the morning to wake up for their calls with empty promises to taking work off to be home to retrieve a package that never shows up. Now I have received an “offer” to come drive 4 hours to pick it up myself. This has been beyond ridiculous. There is zero operational coordination between any of this company’s department and their ability to resolve issues is beyond lacking. My advice to anyone. Once your delivery date has been delayed once, cancel your shipment because you won’t be getting it.
I gave this company my hope when really I should have been ridden of this stress the second they screwed up once.
I have never wrote a review in my life before but after this experience I hope this company has some repercussions.

“I have sent documents in size 1 envelope weighing less than 500 grams from UK to India. I have been billed additionally rupees 5458 for customs clearance, storage charges and conversion rate of 1 GBP to INR= 107.35 as of 14/April/2024. The rate is not this high.
Customs charges are only INR 1879 and you can do the rest caclulations that DHL is pocketing themselves.
Charges includes, Surcharges, Fees and warehouse storage costs for 1 day.
This means the DHL team can physically verify the Size 1 envelope and take photographs as evidence but because they want to pocket as much money as possible.
I will never use this service again.
Totally waste of time and money.

“I am extremely dissatisfied with DHL's service. Despite providing them with the correct address and designating a package room, they failed to deliver my package to the right location. Furthermore, they are refusing to take responsibility for the lost package and are instead instructing me to follow up with their various partners and channels. The package was stolen after it was carelessly thrown on the roadside near the designated package room, even though DHL had access to the package delivery room. Now, they are attempting to evade responsibility by redirecting me from one department to another, claiming that it is not their responsibility to engage with other departments and channels. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable.
