As i fretted about the delivery, he called and texted me, telling me not to worry that he would be looking out for it. True to his word, when the package arrived he called me and made arrangements for the dricer to meet me and deliver it. His helpful, caring and courteous attitude, went a long way to assuage the fears I had. When I spoke to him, to thank him, his response was, its my job. The delivery was all paid by the seller (bought the bag at Michael Kors). Perfect customer service, the parcel came in less than a week after the purchase. Even had to postpone the delivery by 3 business days. The courier came in 45 minutes after the confirmation call in the morning of delivery day.

“Speaking as an account holder which actually uses DHL Express for their business the service is 2nd to none and generally the services allows SMS notifications as well as e-mail, never had a problem in the 3 years been using them, speaking as a BUSINESS which uses them to deliver to customers, their rates for the Economy Select service for EU destinations is very good and I also use DHL Global, I'm not particulurly interested in using anyone else mind you”
“My review went from 1 star to 5 star and here is why....
I got the text about my parcel delivery whilst on my way to an appointment. I phoned them and got an automated service that only gave me the same information as the text. I phoned two other numbers who simply transferred me to the same number
I missed my delivery, it was brought to my address though, a neighbour told me.
I rebooked it to be collected by myself l, got a 30 minute train journey, a 15 minute bus and a 10 minute walk to the depot.
The parcel was there, only took me 5 minutes to wait, so I was already happy.
It was a large parcel and I carried it towards the bus stop.
A DHL driver passed me then came back, asked where I was going, gave me a 15 minute lift to the train station and was an absolutely lovely person with a good heart.
That made my day more than the item I actually collected lol!
We need more people like that in the world and all I ask from DHL head office is please give us a good customer service option on the phone.

“I missed my pick up yesterday 3hrs later by God’s will I pumped into a driver on my school run to question him. Upon what I do next as I missed my pick up that morning the driver took it upon his self on his break to go to my house and pick up my package. To my relief I was so impressed he was so polite. And I have never had an experience like this with any other company very impressed with DHL driver was incredibly polite happy and more than willing to make me the customer happy but got him to do that is very kind and left me feeling very happy proved there’s still good people out there’s thank you DHL for employing people with a great work ethic will defo be using again”

“DHL text and email you on the day before and on the morning of the delivery, you are kept informed all the time. I had two parcels delivered in two days and have nothing but praise for DHL I only wished they are the ones who deliver your passports for government but sadly they use another company. The driver was helpful courteous and pleasant, even asked did I need help in with parcel . I really would use any company that use DHL as there delivery company they are top class. Thank you DHL .”

“I received in the last few months, several parcels shipped by DHL Express International from Singapore to Europe. Each time, tracking was excellent and delivery incredibly fast. I had to have one of the parcels delivered to a relay point and while giving the information the very day it had to be delivered, it went smoothly.
