“A parcel was sent from Germany to Georgia. After parcel came to Tbilisi it was sent back to the shipper without any reasons. No calls to receiver or shipper. Phones were provided to DHL. They have new different reasons every time I ask them to explain the situation. Awful service, will never use it again. Only spend time and money.”

“The fees are way ro high. I had a merchant send me an item to my local address. Didn't use a US address to get the package forwarded to me. Instead I paid the shipping with the merchant which was about $35. Thinking I only had to pay the duty when I got the package. DHL changed me an additional $43.13. Keep in mind that I already paid shipping. I can understand zipx or mail boxes charging an extra fee since they are provided a US address which they forward the packages from the US to Bermuda. In my case the package was directly getting shipped to my local address. So in total just for shipping i paid around $78 for a small package worth $89 and weight less than a pond and a half.
I might as well have used zipx or mail boxes. Would have paid less and got it quicker.”
“I had a package delivered by DHL to the wrong address. I informed them of the error and for 4 days they told me it would be retrieved and delivered to me. On day 5 they told me it could not be retrieved and I was to call the shipper. I told them that they should contact the shipper or reimburse me. There has been no resolution.”

DHL express India is the biggest scam ever. I sent my parcel via express shipping so it could reach on time for my friends birthday. They do everything in their power to keep the parcel as long as possible. Not get it through clearance and then charge warehouse fees. Also, they asked for more and more money in three separate installments. They claimed some of this as DHL fees and some as customs duty/tax. It is impossible that the customs duty is twice the amount of the actual items in the parcel. Do not use their services. Ever.”

“According to my system, this package is on hold because the facility scheduled the delivery for (Oct 9th) just to advise you the on hold is not any problem is just to avoid any extra movement besides the delivery the package doesn't have any problem for this on hold, my advice is to keep monitoring mydhl.com because as soon as the package is on the courier's vehicle you would receive the update on the website. Is there something else that I can help you with”
The package in question was in Tucson on 4 October. Then on hold for 5 days. Oh and the 9th is a holiday. I wouldn’t let them ship air.”

“I arrived at Seeb branch nearly 10 minutes before their official closing hours, and the lady there have decided to close and start her billing, so she refused me service. She asked me to drive to another location. That’s about 5 km away so that I can send my letter from there. So disappointing. This is on top of the $50 charge to send ONE A4 paper.”
“On Monday at 2.48pm your driver walked in behind a resident, right past our concierge without a package and put a "Sorry we missed you " note on my mailbox. I spoke to customer service who assured me note had been put on my file that the parcel would be handed to the concierge to day (22 August). On Tuesday 22 August your driver came into the building and handed a package ( not mine ) to the concierge and left. At exactly that time I received an email, stating " sorry we missed you " There was No sticker on my mailbox. WE have this on camera and it's disgusting service from DHL. I love that I have creative, flavoursome meals, with not much thought my end. It’s all there with simple instructions. I love Gusto it’s convenient, their variety and it’s good value for money as well as the food being good quality. It makes mealtime more of an experience and you learn a lot about flavour combinations. We get excellent meals each week. We are now eating a great variety of tasty meals each night. The price is good, certainly when you consider the wastage if you buy yourself. the portions are good, plenty of food, but not excessive. It is great that we don't have to decide on meals each day.”
