We finally managed to ring a DHL number and be put through to someone who said they canāt do anything apart from re open the delivery and someone will contact me, still nothing, no confirmation of collection, ring the tracking option and it says out for collection today and hangs up, two days past again and still nothing.

Ugh, seriously frustrating! š” Paid $30 for express shipping to get my package on the 10th or 11th, and it's past that date with no delivery. Not only did I miss an important occasion because I was counting on this, but I haven't even been refunded the shipping fee yet. Don't trust their express guaranteeāit's a total joke! Just want my package and my $30 back.
