They've got everything I needed and the staff is always very helpful.

Good service once you're in the air, but their website is a total nightmare and their disabled help at their flagship terminal, Heathrow 5, is terrible. The website continually stops you, and in the end you have to phone and do it that way. You book assistance in advance, but once you're there they send you round the houses to find it. Then when you finally get there they say they have no-one to help and we have to make our own way to the flight ! However that means going all the way back to where we were and then another huge trek in the opposite direction to the departure lounge. Appalling !

i ordered a cream coloured, dante, adjustable barstool. the lever to adjust it was broken. i took it back and they tried not to reimburse me. The older female supervisors' excuse was, that as it is faulty they would not be able to resell it. She also slipped up and mentioned that this product type keeps being brought back for exactly the same reason!! Luckily the young girl on the counter was very pleasant and normal. She called over another manager without a customer chip on his shoulder, who assessed the situation in seconds, checked for a reciept and authourised my customer right to a refund, of a fualty product. The B &Q dante bar stools are a faulty product.

Purchased 3 worktops and within 9 months they had become brittle and extremely unsightly. Very dissapointed

Very helpful in choosing parts for a kitchen we're going to fit ourselves. The assistant also knew how to make sure customers only bought what they needed and not the extras that the computer system tries to build in.

a wide range of products, however, the Swindon branch is obviously understaffed. Not enough people to help out with returns and/or information.
