When I receive your emails asking for a review, I click on the link to your site but all I get is a blank page with your name across the top. “Agree with other customers about Damart service. Today received notification that one the items I had ordered from a catalogue I had received that day was not obtainable in any size or colour. The other item I ordered was incorrect the free gift was missing and a £10 voucher ignored. You can’t telephone this company as the phone charges are horrific especially if you are kept on hold!! If you try to contact online repeatedly get to the end and then told invalid. I fail to see why I should have to pay for a return when Damart is at fault. I am sure that the founders of this once respected company must be ashamed at the way the company has deteriorated. Gill Wright”
