Dreadful company with terrible customer service! AVOID and use a more reliable company. Couldn't care less attitude when I tried to find out where my supposedly delivered parcel was, told they could only email hermes and I just had to wait for their response.staff member I spoke to couldnt care less and was quite sharp with me on the phone. After 5 days of no response and no call back as promised, I contacted hermes ceo myself who responded and investigated immediately. Deramores customer service couldn't be bothered to read my emails and didn't really apologise or accept any responsibility other than to say they had a response from Hermes now. (It was the one instigated by me!) Terrible customer service.

I placed an order 21 August. To date I have not recieved the order and shipment was last updated 27 August on the tracking site, parcel was somewhere in the world at a place I dont know where it is. Emails and calls get no response at all. I do believe I have wasted my time, I am not going to get the yarn I ordered or get my money that I paid for it back, thats not right! To take money and theres nothing to show and no response to emailed queries, isnt that almost like stealing...?

Deramores are not a trustworthy company. They do not rectify or apologise for their mistakes. AVOID!!! Order number UK 1722566 May 2020.

Deramores are not a reliable company. I would never recommend them. Emails and phone calls are not answered and apologies for their mistakes do not exist !!! "BUY AT YOUR PERIL".

I have had numerous issues with deramores regarding deliveries. I urge anyone not to shop with them unless you want to wait 24 plus days for a delivery. Such an unreliable company and I’m honestly never going to order from them again. I’m not surprised at all the negative reviews I have been reading. I urge you to shop somewhere else if you can

10 balls of wool with 4 different dye lots. SHOCKING RESPONCE from Deramores. THEY DON'T GUARANTEE SAME DYE LOTS !!!

Appallingly customer service which is not fit for purpose. There are some excellent online craft sites, however Deramores certainly isn't one. AVOID .

Ordered 4 skeins of Sirdar Snuggly DK yarn and was very happy with service. This yarn ,made in England and is high quality, the nylon/acrylic blend is very soft and a dream to work with. It was very well packed, I expected slow shipping due to Covid-19 but the yarn arrived sooner than I expected.

I order some yarns, July, 3. Nothing happens for a week. Then I got a tracking link that said the parcel was in Belgium. There it was for 5 days. I mailed the courier, that sent a new tracking lin, now my parcel was in Australia. It is a shame that they could not send the parcel direct to where I live, in Sweden After 2 more days, I got a message from Hermes, that told me that they could not deliver my parcel beacuse they have not my adress.. I have got no help from Delamores, the only thing they said is that they are sorry. I will absolutely NOT recommend Deramores to anyone.

Ordered my wool 1st July. Recieved message from Hermes 5th July. Can't deliver my parcel. To contact you. Sent E- mails & tried ringing no one to speak to very dissatisfied. Don't think I will be happy to order from you again.

I ordered wool a month ago the tracking details says there is no such tracking number - have emailed several times no answer just those silly automated emails saying they will answer but dont, just give me a full refund I am sick to death of trying to make contact with no reply - I have paid for the goods the least you can do is reply

Filthy wool terrible customer service. Last order, quite large to limit handling. I got sent, wool that was filthy. As any crocheter/knitter know of the centre pull. Well this was the outside pull hidden inside the center. I gave Deramore a link to my photos. First email ignored, second one sorry out of stock. Voucher for free delivery of the one out of stock. Couldnt make it up. I dare say they never even looked at the photos....so I declined their kind gesture. Sorry Deramores I will walk away from your company to solely deal with your competitor, who I also buy from. If Dermamores try to take this down, I have all my receipts and correspondence so do not even try to make out this is a fake review.

I wrote a review three weeks ago, and wish to update. I had placed an order with Deramores Australia and when I tried to log into the Deramores Australia site, found that it did not exist. There was no record of me or my order on the Deramores UK site. I did expect delays in delivery, because I am aware that since the advent of Covid 19 there are huge problems with many of the world's postal services. My criticism of Deramores concerned the lack of communication. They should sent a email to all Australian customers, when they disabled the website, and also taken over the accounts with outstanding orders. They should also have promptly answered my emails. Since my last post, they have contacted me. They sent me information about my order, which arrived a week later. So I will give them credit for that. However there was still no explanation as to what happened to the Deramores Australia site. Also, just as importantly, there was no apology. I do understand that the situation in the UK has been dire. The huge amount of infection and thedeath toll from Covid, is a tragedy, that has had a massive impact of every aspect of life. there. I also think that an online business that has been forced to change it's operations under these conditions, still has a responsibility to it's customers. If a business cannot operate with integrity and good communication, it should shut down until it can. Hopefully, Deramores will recover, and operate with the same level of service that it offered pre Covid.

I got one ball out of five having waited exactly one month and a day, absolutely no use to me and the postage cost £2.95, more than the ball of wool. I tried to ring but one number not recognised and the other not answered. Emails just warrant an automatic response and then get forgotten. I tried to cancel it but to no avail. I won’t be ordering again And can’t see how to unsubscribe but will just delete when I see the name.

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM ...YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER. I've been waiting ages and still waiting for my order to be dispatched and frankly I don't think we are going to ever see it before I'm 100 currently 50.I keep asking and asking and they don't answer.Simply a scam.. don't order !!!!!!1 WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!

Should be zero stars. Terrible customer service, they do not care about you just your money and if anything goes wrong they just ignore your emails. Products are over priced and not that great. Look to Marriners Yarns, better yarn and a much nicer appreciative company.

I would give this company zero stars if possible! They shipped my order four days after I cancelled it. They refused to apologize or acknowledge my request for a postage-paid return shipping label. I fought for almost two months trying to get them to acknowledge that they made a mistake. No one acknowledged me. They said they were "sorry you couldn't cancel your item in time", even though I cancelled it FOUR DAYS before they started to prepare it for shipping! If a company can't even make a small mistake right, how can you trust them with anything else??? I shouldn't have to pay return shipping for an item I properly cancelled! I finally had to send this back "return to sender" to avoid that fee, but I wouldn't be surprised if the company deducts shipping costs from any refund I MIGHT get. At this point I doubt I'm going to see any money back at all, to be honest.
