“Just an awful shed and awful experience. Chloe their alleged manager is outright rude and very unprofessional. Ryan is a smart alec and Diana lied to me about delivery times. They are scammers at best.”
“Worst company I've had to deal with. Buyer beware, don't expect a refund or exchange if something goes wrong. They will tell you to sell it and buy another one.”
“Difficult to put together, bends and twists, poor quality materials, poorly designed, roof is nearly impossible to install, scratched and the window has to be installed separately they said it would turn up in 2-3 weeks, and it took 4.5 weeks after multiple complaints.....really unprofessional outfit. Spoke with Chloe the manager, she is unprofessional and aggressive, she hung up the phone on me when she couldnt negotiate a reasonable outcome, Diana, Ryan, Kimmy, Jaed and Mich all claim they can problem solve for you but none have put a shed together before and dont know what they are talking about, just make excuses for the poor design. They should not be in business IMHO.”
