Placed order for expensive item (£380) mid November for Xmas present... they claimed in stock and 3-5 days delivery... never received it and blamed it on their suppliers. Appalling !”

“do not buy from this company. If you care about your money and if you want good customer service after buying, just do not buy from them. Products ordered do not arrive, customer service representatives who do not respond at all or who respond after hours in a laconic reply without any content and then disappear again. They closed the chat on the site at all and it does not work. If your money is important to you, buy elsewhere. one and a half month late and they are still investigating . a murder case can be resolved by now and they still dont even have an estimation ( Hi, we cannot give an exact time on this, we would have expected to have an update now, but this process is taking this long because of the courier company rather than us, but we are hoping to have some more information from them soon.) since the chat in their site is not working, i do belive that this site is a scam . DONT BUY FROM THEM”
“I ordered a Christmas jumper from IWOOT on 30 October, I chased them on 28 November as I had not received the jumper or any communications. I received a response blaming their supplier and didn't know when I could expect my item.
On 18 December, I requested a refund as I had bought a replacement elsewhere.
On 28 December, I then received the (now unwanted) Christmas jumper and no refund!
I have since contacted them, again requesting a refund. I then get a copy paste email with no apology of how to return the item, informing me that I have to pay for postage and packaging and recommending I pay for recorded delivery!
Terrible, terrible customer experience!! I gave them one star as zero wasn't an option.”

“You won’t receive all the items you order, customer service near enough doesn’t reply - around every 4-5 days they respond. Eventually you will get some sort of sense out of them and then get offered a refund on Christmas Eve when the items ordered were Christmas gifts. Won’t ever shop there again.”

“Absolutely appalling service. Ordered a Nintendo switch for my daughter for Xmas which should of arrived on the 9th December. The contact number for them does not work so finally got in touch through Facebook messenger and they took a few days to reply saying that Hermes had sent it back to them ( even though Hermes never received it) and have issued me a refund which takes 3 to 5 days which I’m sceptical that I will even receive it. I do not have another 200 pounds to buy this again in time for Xmas so my daughter now has no Xmas present to open Xmas day.”

“Absolute Shambles of a company. Ordered a £200 item and it hasn’t turned up. Ordered 8th December, apparently delivered 10th December and now still waiting for even a bit of acknowledgment from them and it’s the 19th now. Numerous emails and DMs via Twitter sent. Nothing. Reported to trading standards!”
“Ordered an item 30 Nov. Dispatched according to email. As of today, 19th Dec it hasn't yet arrived. I've been asked to check neighbours etc. Out of 3 emails I have one paltry response saying they'll investigate. You've taken my payment promptly, now deliver my goods please. At the very least, respond to my messages. Amazon can deliver the next day and many other companies do. I see no issue with why you can't fulfill your delivery. Despite the outcome of this I have been put off using iwoot again. Sorry.”
“Ordered an item at the end of last month(November), was advised delivery would be between 05-07/12/20, item has just been delivered by Royal Mail on the 18/12/20. After taking delivery my attention was alerted to a strange noise from inside the box, no outer damage to box, but when opened item it’s in a million pieces. The contact or should I say lack of contact by any means wether it be by phone, email, is non existent.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Trading standards, and the media will be getting notified about this shambolic excuse for a company.”

“Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM IWOOT!! I placed an order on 27th November, and have been charged for this (the best part of £100 for one item). I was advised on 2nd December that it had been despatched with 48hr tracked royal mail and expected delivery by 5th December. On 7th December I received another email from IWOOT to say that Royal Mail advise that my parcel has been delayed. Today is 16th December, still no sign of my order. Upon checking Royal Mail tracking info, there has been no update since 2nd December where it states that they are awaiting the goods from sender. Tracking details on IWoot also show no further updates since 2nd December, and states that my order is being processed for pickup. This item is a Christmas gift, and actually a main present for someone. I understand there can be shipping delays due to covid/Christmas, but 2+ weeks is unacceptable. Especially as IWOOT is blaming Royal Mail for the delay, when it appears that they have not yet even shipped my item. Added to that, they have not telephone contact number and have disabled live chat. And they do not reply to email or Facebook messenger enquires. At this point, I just want to ask for a refund and buy elsewhere as I'm not expecting the item to arrive before Christmas now. But I can't even get a refund if IWOOT don't respond to messages!”
“Yep the same as other reviews, this company is dreadful don’t purchase anything from them.
I ordered a simple board game from them at the beginning the month and haven’t received anything, it’s been three weeks and not a peep. Tried contacting them with but no reply and now being ignored.
I appreciate it’s a difficult time at the moment but if you can’t guarantee the service your offering then don’t offer it. Because as far as this paying customer is concerned, you’ve stolen my money.
Shame on you for adding more misery to people difficult lives.”
“I ordered some ladies coloured socks on 17 Nov. What arrived was a toy ATM moneybox. Since then have swapped emails to no effect. Have asked how to return wrong product and get my money back.
Each time I actually get a reply they say item is with their delivery company. All emails are clearly computer generated and do not address the issues raised.
