"AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE-\nAVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE-\nI ordered 4 mugs on the 13th of september, after numerous emails and responses telling me they *will be dispatched soon* and them not being dispatched, paypal refunded me. However today, I recieved a parcel containing two mugs ( i ordered 4!)\n\nIt would be great, if the mugs that were sent were actually what I ordered. One cup came smashed to bits and another mug arrived that was completely different to anything i ordered (I ordered rare dunne style mugs, and i was sent a super mario)\nI wish I had looked at all the bad reviews over the internet before purchasing from these bunch of duds."

"Absolutely a spam website!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET WHAT YOU ORDERED! \nThey sent a piece of cardboard to me which can cover the track and order number, and you can't blame them as the courier will 'deliver' the item, which is a piece of paper. \nAnd after one and a half month, there is still no resolution, they do NOTHING but ask you to wait."

The customer service is criminally terrible.\r\n\r\nI ordered a LEGO gift for Christmas \u201819 without mistakenly reading any reviews about the site before hand. It arrived much later then expected, not in time for Christmas (that\u2019s wasn\u2019t my issue), it was shipped from RETURNS department. The box was taped up with scotch tape visibly open before hand. It was a used item and clearly not in a new condition as described. I contacted customer service through their site (since that is the only method to contact them) and after 7 (literally) messages of correspondence including sending pictures and indicating dimensions of box, it was scheduled for a pick up by Fedex to return. It was successfully picked up, but no refund was processed. Customer service claiming they never received the item. I had a Fedex RECEIPT of pick up and still no refund. I contacted my credit card to dispute. This is almost 6months after purchase (it\u2019s now MAY 2020). Not only am I following up on a 2nd dispute but when you speak to the customer service in the site, you get a different person every time! Ive cooreponded with Matthew, Rebecca, Maddy, Jasmine, Helen, Niamh, Rebecca, Jake, and Fahim.. \r\n\r\nThe site is truly criminal.. stay away."
