“They charged me more than what the product was. They took too much money out of my account. I tried to contact them numerous times with no response. They even deleted a comment I made on their instagram, so I know they got my message I sent them on there. They are thieves.”

I asked for refund. First they struggled to organise the collection for unwanted item, than when they finally managed to do so the parcel is missing if transit!!!
IWOOT hired third party to collect the item and I have collection proof they refusing to pay my money. As far as I concern if the parcel got stolen and it’s missing it’s their problem not mine as I did my part as send it back the way THEY wanted me to!!
If the item got missing it’s for them to deal with it and refund the money to me regardless of the investigation outcome!!!”

“Had a bad experience with IWWOT first time around but decided I would give them another try as I think they have some cools stuff. What a mistake, don't order from them. Ordered the Mystery Geek T-shirt 10 Pack on the 3rd of December expecting they would arrive in time for Christmas, the estimated delivery was the 18th. No sign of them. Contacted customer support on the first of January and was told they hadn't been dispatched but this was flagged to the warehouse. A full month later with no contact or update form them I reached out again today and have been told they were never dispatched and are now out of stock. They kindly cancelled the order for me and offered me a £5 credit on my account as a gesture of apology, a miserable gesture at that and a voucher that wont get used as I won't be shopping there again and you shouldn't either.”

“I placed my first order through IWOOT website for my kid's Christmas gift on 12/14/2020, but until now (01/12/2021) I still not received my order, the tracking number shows this package has been holding since 12/16/2020. I try to contact their customer, but they reply they can't do anything even cancel my order, I can get my refund only I return the package, but the question is since I didn't receive my order how I can return it? “do not buy from this company. If you care about your money and if you want good customer service after buying, just do not buy from them. Products ordered do not arrive, customer service representatives who do not respond at all or who respond after hours in a laconic reply without any content and then disappear again. They closed the chat on the site at all and it does not work. If your money is important to you, buy elsewhere. one and a half month late and they are still investigating . a murder case can be resolved by now and they still dont even have an estimation ( Hi, we cannot give an exact time on this, we would have expected to have an update now, but this process is taking this long because of the courier company rather than us, but we are hoping to have some more information from them soon.) since the chat in their site is not working, i do belive that this site is a scam . “I ordered a Christmas jumper from IWOOT on 30 October, I chased them on 28 November as I had not received the jumper or any communications. I received a response blaming their supplier and didn't know when I could expect my item.
On 18 December, I requested a refund as I had bought a replacement elsewhere.
On 28 December, I then received the (now unwanted) Christmas jumper and no refund!
I have since contacted them, again requesting a refund. I then get a copy paste email with no apology of how to return the item, informing me that I have to pay for postage and packaging and recommending I pay for recorded delivery!
Terrible, terrible customer experience!! I gave them one star as zero wasn't an option.”

“You won’t receive all the items you order, customer service near enough doesn’t reply - around every 4-5 days they respond. Eventually you will get some sort of sense out of them and then get offered a refund on Christmas Eve when the items ordered were Christmas gifts. Won’t ever shop there again.”

“Absolutely appalling service. Ordered a Nintendo switch for my daughter for Xmas which should of arrived on the 9th December. The contact number for them does not work so finally got in touch through Facebook messenger and they took a few days to reply saying that Hermes had sent it back to them ( even though Hermes never received it) and have issued me a refund which takes 3 to 5 days which I’m sceptical that I will even receive it. I do not have another 200 pounds to buy this again in time for Xmas so my daughter now has no Xmas present to open Xmas day.”
