Four days after I ordered a Seasalt dress, they sent email to inform me that they are out of stock. No refund! They should have let me know earlier. Not impressed and definitely would not recommend. They do not seem to know what they are doing! I rang them about money that was taken that was not refunded, they told me I should ask my bank!_ as if I have nothing else to do! I definitely do not recommend them. I will not use them ever again.

Worst site ever. Do not buy from them. Customer service, ( haha) doesn't exist. No human to speak to. Horrific company. You have been warned!

Terrible service Supposed to recieve next day delivery today. Order not even left warehouse Not even offering delivery for tommorow or Monday I will not be ordering again

Placed order via website, the transaction was completed ( viewed as “pending “ on card) no email confirmation received regards the order and no order identified as placed on the account . Very odd website , email to customer services does not deliver to given address link either , bounces back and informs terminal does not exist. Therefore contacted customer service chat : attempts to assist by these persons , not 100% effective . Although the “chatters “ are polite and attempt to address issue , advised the money “pending “ cannot be cancelled even though they view no order is on the account . Advised that they cannot resolve the issue . Conclusion: Will have to contact card company tomorrow if the money is taken from “pending” to “transacted” . All very odd!

My wife has account with JD WILLAMS and noticed that something was not right concerning her payments and the interest on her credit agreement after getting in touch with them and question the interest of 44.6% she was told that she was being charged 63% and apparently they have the right to increase the interest charges and she had not been informed about this in writing . We constantly get warnings about loan shark's and to be wary and you have got a company Like JD WILLIAMS USING A BACK DOOR TACTICS. They say that it is to cover themselves of people's credit ratings my wife has been with them for years never missed a payment and she has agot credited cards at 20% other mail orders like LITTLEWOODS don't have this underhanded tactics (WARNING EVERYONE WITH A JD WILLAMS ACOUNT PHONE THEM UP AND FIND OUT WHAT THEY ARE REALLY CHARGING YOU) you might be surprised and shocked. My wife has passed the information on to the Office of fair trade and the banking ombudsmen look out for a link on YouTube (CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS NOW)

I do actually like their clothes but their customer service is awful I have returned items gone missing can’t get any help hi ticket items so I would really like the money back into my account might as well speak to a chat bot they have such a big marketing campaign yet do not look after their customers it’s not good enough

What a bad company phoned them about my 84 old mum who was trying to send a skirt back three times because they don't send returns sticker my mum had a fall and found out about it I phoned them they said she owed them £140 and changed her twice for delivery so sorted it out asked to pay said no we sand a new bill out week later my mum was out of hospital they phoned and asked for payment and was very rude to her so when I got in from shopping for her she was very upset I phoned and they put late payment on it and told me the bill is £150 asked for manger all in a meeting they cut you off all the time I paid and going to cancel the account so don't get anything from them

I’d order a parcel from them about 10 days ago and was wondering where it was and the website still said preparing it so I contacted customer service and they told me it was lost and I could have a refund it’s not good that they don’t communicate this with you you’ll have to search for your self

Order a swing and slide set as next day delivery. It never turned up. Contacted customer service 8 times with various excuses given. Finally have asked for a refund, just hope it actually comes as they told me it could take 14 days! Highly recommend nobody uses this company. Absolutely terrible service.

Placed order twice both times order cancelled for no reason spoke to them Direct they took order and money then Cancelled again would give them zero if possible absolute rubbish company.

Not happy with the time it takes to refund. Sent 3 parcel weeks ago and still showing g not delivered. Not a good start for a newcomer.

Bought 2 items but only 1 arrived and JD Williams didn’t know why. Eventually they said it was still in the warehouse. Then a few minutes later I received an email from them to say my email address was successfully changed and updated, even though I never made the change. But the email they sent was to my normal email address. I will not buy from this company again. What a stressful time

Ordered bed side tables and a chest of drawers. The latter item arrived in a reasonable period of time and has no obvious damage or issue. The bedside tables on the other hand have not arrived after a month of waiting. No communication by the company to explain this delay. Received a refund with no follow up communication. Have found similar items elsewhere thankfully and for cheaper. Avoid this company, the lack of customer service is awful.

Returned two parcels days apart, so both have tracking numbers 1st was 17 days ago a refund should have been acknowledged by this time! Not my job to continually contact Evri to find out whereabouts of parcels! J D Williams what a disgrace! Temu refunded my parcel immediately the minute they acknowledged the return had been initiated! Shower of cowboys JD Williams!!!

I ordered a chest of drawers from JD Williams, it arrived damaged, we only found this out after spending 3 hours putting it together to find the top of the drawers was warped. I rang JD Williams to tell them about it and they told me that I’d hear from the manufacturer. I waited a day or so to receive an email from a JD Williams customer service representative who offered me a 20% discount back and I’d get to keep the drawers or I could return them. I replied saying they need to be returned as they’re no good to me broken, and I’d like to order another set only if they could put the next set of drawers together, as we shouldn’t have to as this wasn’t our fault. I had had to ring numerous times, I’ve sent email after email and I get no reply. The customer service is absolutely awful. There’s no way of speaking over the phone to anyone regarding this as it’s a different department. Never will I be ordering from this company again, and before you order I’d look else where first!
