Horrible customer service; Can never reach them by phone, by chat or by email. I paid for extra delivery for a pair of boots. I never got them and nobody is getting back to me despite my numerous attempt.

Ordered jeans from a partner Teddy EDWARD. In my view incorrectly described.. I have to pay for return but wasn’t told this at the point of sale. Web chat poorly staffed. Email not responded to. Very disappointed. Gone downhill.

Don't order from them. They won't answer phone calls or reply to emails. They ask you to use the message chat so you are placed in a queue then cut you off. Terrible customer service and have taken my money and not sent my order..

Still waiting..wish I read reviews prior to ordering as my experience is very similar to most. Ordered a jacket on November 28th, tried to cancel but could not contact customer service. Jacket was dispatched December 8th but hasn't progressed since. No further information or arrival date noted. No customer service except general email telling me to do what I've already done(emails, live chat, and phone call)..no answers just run around. Will never order from here again, I feel plain old ripped off!

I've had one order from mid November cancelled without an explanation and am now 10 days into another order and I've still not been told it's been dispatched. Have gone to Next but I'm so cross that I've missed out on a lot of the deals they've promoted. I've unsubscribed from their promotional emails as I'm so hacked off.

0 stars if possible. Ordered two items from Cox & Cox. Only one arrived in package. No explanation and still no item. Contacted customer service several times now but no response. Terrible way to treat customers - avoid.

Countless emails sent regarding missing items from my order and no response!!! I have tried emailing, calling and using the web chat but all attempts have been pointless. At the end of my tether with Joules. Awful service and even worse customer service! Will not be ordering from them again and will not recommend to friends and family.

Order went in 24th Nov now 9th Dec. Money taken, no delivery. No customer service replies and no phone. My advice avoid.

I cancelled some items promptly, well before dispatch,but in spite of reassurances that my request would be actioned the items have been dispatched.I have not had an apology, nothing to express any recognition that my polite request was ignored.

Horrendous customer service. No way to speak to anyone. Webchat is rubbish and emails are ignored. All I want is a refund on an item sent back 2 weeks ago. I sent a Boden item back at the same time and was issued a refund quickly.

I put review on a couple days ago about a Cox and Cox lamp that I still haven’t received from friends joules , it was fairly expensive at £178.95 ordered end of Oct !!!!! I still have not had an email to let me know what’s happening so my advice is don’t order from this site ! I think this is a long time to keep your money and no goods appalling service .

If I could give 0 stars I would the customer service is awful ! Ordered cox&cox lamp from friends of joules on 28th Oct ; they took payment 1st Nov from me , still not received it I’ve email all parties,joules ,friends of joules and cox and cox they just dont answer phone, and emails don’t give any answers . Joules have always delivered in days but this is awful customer care I’ve just tried to ring but line not working now !

Terrible customer service, haven’t experienced anything as bad before. Have had no response to emails and the chat and couldn’t get through by phone after they only delivered two of three items. Don’t know what to do as they seem uncontactable.

Poor customer service and excessive delay in providing a refund of money. I ordered a jumper on 02/11/2021 and received it and returned it to Joules on 10/11/2021 because it was faulty. Not a cheap item at £52.00. As of today, 01/12/2021 I am still waiting for my refund despite having emailed their customer service who replied that it could take 10 working days. There does not appear to be a complaints department for Joules, so I am posting my negative review on trust pilot instead....I cannot recommend this company and would urge anyone ordering from them to consider carefully because you might need to wait a considerable time to get your money back. Hopefully someone from Joules might read this and release my money asap..

Absolutely terrible customer service. I wrote two emails and never received an answer and the live chat was absolutely useless. I was a frequent customer and this is the first time I wanted to return an item and I just can't get their help. Will never buy there again!

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. This will be my first and last order with Joules and their so called 'friends'. We placed a Christmas Tree order in October for a Pre Lit 7ft tree. We received our order in November, and once we had opened the box... Surprise Surprise it was the wrong tree. They had got the labelling wrong and us a bog standard 7ft not pre lit. I have been going back and forth with both Joules and their supplier for well over 2-3 weeks and have got NO WHERE. No one in their customer service team has been helpful. I have emails confirming they made the error on their end but have we received our new tree... NO! We are now at the 1st of December and I am well and truly livid. Disgusting. Thank you Joules, you have ruined Christmas. Please do not order from them. You will be utterly disappointed, just like we are. Attaching proof of the issue.

Ordered a few items from joules for my daughter in laws birthday. I’m having a nitemare with it. When the box arrived, they hadn’t put the main item of my order in the box despite it was listed as the first item on the despatch note. Tried on the live chat and the phone but neither were any help ( just got cut off on the phone) their attitude to customer service is disgusting. Nothing like they used to be. I would be VERY VERY WARY of using this company at the minute. Very poor to deal with.
