AVOID THIS COMPANY! I ordered an adult PL league shirt and received a youth Italia shirt. Despite hours on chat and email including sending proof I received the wrong item and shipped it back, they will not send me the correct item and will not respond to any emails. Their chat has been down for days now as well. Just an atrocious customer experience.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, I ordered an MBAPPÉ Paris Saint-Germain Home Stadium Kit for my son for his birthday weeks before hand only to receive it 2 weeks after his birthday and the wrong item was shipped. After multiple emails and no response I decided to try the virtual assistant in which I was told to email a description of the incorrect order along with images only not to receive an email response once again. After a 2nd attempt at a virtual chat they refused to send out the correct item. Never ever shop with this company, they are an absolute disaster.

Absolute joke of a company. Placed an order on Sunday night at 8[pm, immediately messaged them to clarify details. Unmonitored email. Couldn't find contact details on website. Tried again after googling, also unmonitored email. Called them on Monday morning to cancel, they claimed the order had already been picked and packed so could not be cancelled even though I will not receive it for another 11 days. This is after getting through to a human after spending 10 mins on the phone with the worst "digital assistant: ever. Cannot understand the same short phrases it asks for and cannot understand order numbers typed on the keypad. Save yourself and don't deal with this company.

I have never received my item. The e-mail for support that was sent to me doesn't work. I'm very disapointed.

This company cannot be trusted. They fail at the most simple human trait of communication. My order has failed to arrive within the designated shipping period, and we are yet to receive any communication as to when it will arrive. Estimated arrival still states 15.02.23. You sent me an email requesting I rate the delivery experience, yet I have nothing delivered. You take peoples money and blatantly lie about delivery time frames. This was a Birthday present that never was, so thank you. Please respond to my many emails to arrange a complete refund.

Have emailed the customer service address that is on all your web site about six times for help with a returns.Either you don't get back or it's saying it is unmonitored and to ring instead which will cost me.

I placed orders and after a long wait and received some items but not others. I am out of pocket and am trying to get some refund through paypal dispute resolution. The customer care tel number is a joke and just goes through to some message service declining to take messages or enquiries. I doubt I will ever get my stuff or refund and am very unhappy with this dodgey outfit! I placed my order 3 months ago!

My experience has been terrible with Kitbag. I have been waiting since January 2nd 2023for my order to arrive. I want a refund now but can’t get a hold of anyone WORST COMPANY EVER DONT USE THEM!!!

Worst company ever. Zero customer service, don't replay to emails or phone calls. Ordered a football jersey in October, still no sign of it in February and can't get in touch with anyone to get a refund

DO NOT BUY from this website! I spent US$120.00 on the 10th of December and have received nothing. This company has a non monitored email. The company will cleverly respond to any bad reviews very quickly in the hope to change review ratings, but will happily leave you yet again with a non monitored email to reply to and a UK phone number. When you ring, you have to be lucky to be in the same time zone as the UK, otherwise you are dealing with a robot that is going to give information you already know: your parcel is at export depot since the 25th of December. If you are not in UK time zone, you will be ringing in the middle of the night, talk to a person (one I dealt with was named Dickson) who assured me he would be in touch within 24 hours with an update, 5 days later, still waiting. It has been nearly 6 weeks and nothing. I feel lucky when I read other reviews waiting for much longer. I am now going to chase for a refund, which from what I gather, it will take a few months if lucky. I don't understand how any professional sports club would want to be associated to these cowboys!

Chris is rude and arrogant. Very poor customer service skills. I picked up these characteristics as soon as our phone conversation started- which took a few attempts to get in touch! I have an anxiety condition which makes me very fussy by nature (something I can’t help). But other retailers have accommodated and helped out with this on many occasions. He simply did not have the time to help and refunded my order. I’m not surprised that their star rating is so low. Do us a favour and get out of retail.

Ordered a kit for my son in early December 2022 didn’t arrive until 21st Dec. On opening the kit top was for the wrong team and shorts were missing. No response to my emails and can’t get through on the customer service number. Absolutely disgusting, we had to then source the kit last minute somewhere else for Christmas and pay out again with money we just didn’t have!! Still over £100 out of pocket with kitbag and still heard nothing in response. Would never use this company again and will be going to trade and standards now.

Unfortunately my Kitbag story is identical to previous reviews. Items not delivered and no way to make contact with the company. Perhaps a name change is in order..SCAMBAG!

Very poor in terms of communication and after care sales. I haven’t found the answer I’ve been looking for, been ignored and been passed from pillar to post. Really frustrating and actually scandalous that nobody will provide a head office number or complaints contact!

Do not order from kitbag. I ordered a pair of boys football shorts and got sent a baby football kit for a completely different team. No response from online chat, email or Instagram. I've since opened a PayPal case and apparently I'm responsible for the return shipping cost, meaning I'm £5 out of pocket for their error! Never again!

Kitbag has no way of getting in contact with them and delivery can take months. Advertised prices are charged more when transaction goes through and no customer communication.
