“ Delivery man was rude, the mattress was in poor condition fibres coming out and ripped , they would not refund money had to go through ombudsman who sent out someone to inspect mattress ,mattress was described as poor workmanship , please save your money and go elsewhere , as it was stress to get my money back and took weeks , customer service is awful. This was a Reylyon bed .ombudsman was brilliant and got me a full refund ”
