“Ordered a Memory Foam Mattress for my 98 year old Mother hoping that this might help her sleep but it was to soft and she could not get in or out of it, this unfortunately will be the case in any Mattress we buy. Contacted Mattressman to return item and although we didn’t buy the protection item they were happy with the photos we sent and the explanation that Mum did not sleep on it to take it back. They organised the protective cover to put over it and a guy to pick it up. We had our refund minus the pick up fee, they kept us informed on all the process. Very happy Thanks Gareth”

“I ordered a mattress from this company, my second order with them. I accidentally gave the wrong house number but didn’t realise till it was out for delivery. I used the WhatsApp customer service support and promptly received a reply from Jim. Jim sorted immediately resolved the issue and I received my mattress. I’ve had nothing but 5star treatment from this company and the mattresses have been of great quality too. Well done Mattressman, I would highly recommend your company.”

“Fantastic price, great delivery service. New mattress feels fantastic. Was kept informed throughout. Old mattress taken away, new one put straight on to bed. Cannot sing their praises highly enough. Thank you Mattressman. Absolutely brilliant.”

“No complaints. We have just had a Mattressman mattress delivered through a delivery firm called Panther.Good tracking and it arrived earlier than expected. Excellent service and cheerful guys. Our spare room has the same British Bed Company 1200 Cotton Pocket Chenille mattress.With so many people commenting on how comfortable it is, I thought I would try it out because our own old mattress is so hard. The 1200 Chenille is a soft bed, but over time the spare room mattress has settled down and could be classed as medium...... super for my bad back.Hopefully the new one will do the same. Thank you mattressman. This is a genuine comment.”

“Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff, excellent knowledge of stock and delivery slots. This is important - if you select the 'free delivery' option, your item will be delivered to your door and no further, and no assembly work will be carried out. I recommend spending the additional £15: this provides text messages informing of two hour time slot for delivery; the item is brought into the house, into the correct room; the unit is assembled. Overall, I have found my last two purchases to be very pleasant affairs, and I highly recommend this organization.”
