“Same problems as other customers. Bought 16.4 ft outdoor Christmas Tree lightshow. It took one month to arrive and all I got was a small box of very fragile string lights. Tried to return and got email advising me to regift it. Offered me 10 percent off next purchase and 8 percent refund. Also stated not to return product without their authorization.”

“See Glen Wilhelm s review. Same experience word for word and then sent 11 emails and pictures . Got them up to a 20% refund of my $163. Then they quit replying. No refund no return ever!”

“Don’t buy from it!!!!! I would give 0 star if I could. I ordered a bag couple months ago. I contacted them after a month after not receiving my bag or any delivery update. They said they gonna check while after few days of pushing they said something went wrong in the warehouse so it’s not sent. I asked for a refund they said it’s processed and I still haven’t received it after about three weeks now. They keep saying check with my bank but they just don’t have it!!!!!! So right now nothing! No bag and no money from them. Total scam, I really regret spending $400 on a new web I never shopped from.”

“SCAM!!!!! Ordered a new phone case for iphone 13pro for $28. They sent WRONG size and WRONG color! They answer once a day via email and whoever writes that email doesn’t speak English. We submitted all the proof they asked for (pictures) and the reply was that they are sorry we are unsatisfied and that manager will refund us $5 or we can get 10% off next purchase. This is simply UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!! And with every email there is a new person with poor English copying and pasting the same responses.”

“Worst customer service ever. I order an item it took two times as look to get here and when it does get here it’s the wrong item. Then they told me to give to a friend and they would give me a 8% refund and 10% discount on my next order. Worst company I have ever dealt with run away from them.”

“I ordered the outdoor 16 ft Christmas tree light show on sale from $79.99 to $39.99 thinking that I should have received an outdoor lighted Christmas tree pictured in the description. What I actually received in the Mail was a crappy LED strip of lights in a 2 inch x 2 inch box that I wouldn't have paid more than $10 for. I thought somebody else sent me this light strip as a Christmas gift as I had no clue that this was what I ordered since it wasn't even a Christmas tree. It wasn't until I sent an email to the company inquiring about a refund due to not receiving my Christmas tree that I started to realize that I was dooped. They showed me the my product was delivered on the same day that I received that anonymous little LED box in the mail. This is the biggest false advertisement I have ever seen. This company is a scam!”

“I read so much bad reviews I guess am the lucky one I buy 3 bags off this site 2 snap shot bags 1 moschino bag didn't take long new bags nice packages the bags definitely look real am not expert I might add 1 I pay over £200 for 1 and in store it cost £300 so I save definitely don't think it's fake I will buy again like I said I must be lucky I only see 1 good reviews everyone saying they not get there product some people they they get use and some people said they don't get there packages and no refund guess ill continue buy until something bad happens.”

“This company is a scam. They will send something completely different than what you ordered then offer you a 10/15/20% refund. This is their business model. If you get scammed by them, go to your bank and tell them. If you used your credit or debit card this falls under the fraud perfection all banks offer and you can get your money back that way. Unfortunately this garbage company gets to keep what you paid as well but at least you won't be out the money.”

“It is a SCAM site! They do not send you what you order. They send items you did not order and then claim they sent you want you ordered! They charged nearly 40$ for what I thought was outdoor LED talking trees and I received a strand of fairy lights. Then they said I got what I ordered! The packaged was crushed and it took 3 weeks to get it! This is a total SCAM!!”

“They do not show correct product for buy took me almost one month to receive my product and it's was wrong product. I buy one and they gave me another one after 23 day I emailed to them they forgot my product, and I received wrong one.......not mail my order for almost 20 day, and I received wrong......I want cancel my order.....”

“Ordered Christmas decorations that was supposed to be delivered December 5th. I still have not received package & tracking # shows it can find this shipment so I requested a refund. I was told that order has already shipped…ugh! Do not buy from this company!!!!”

“I placed an order for a Christmas tree light and I received an email confirmation of my order and of the shipment however I never received a package. This company is a scam. They take your money and never send you the product. My order was placed on December 2nd and shipped on December 10th, it is now December 22nd. Unfortunately I know the outcome, I will never receive the package, they will give me a lot of trouble. if I even get a hold of them and the only way I’ll get money back as if my bank gives it to me. Run as fast as you can don’t even browse the website. Scam scam scam!!!!!!”

“Reading the reviews made me really worried ,but I recieved my bag on time and the correct item ,not an expert on designer bags ,but didn't look like it was worth the money I paid for it ,but I am not the best person to judge ,so I will wait for christmas day and see what my daughter says 😞”

“Mybag sold second hand bag! I received a bag with scratches, stain together with a key right inside the bag..more importantly NO brand tag. How can it be a brand new bag that I paid for? They promised for a full refund but changed their mind 5 days later and insisted me to return the bag for checking. How can I trust them AGAIN to pay AGAIN to return the bag. I seriously think I would have nothing at the end if I follow what they said. Customer service not replying in 48 hours as promised. After a month I raised this problem, it is still not yet settled. The staff never takes it seriously.”

“This company sent me the wrong item, they are unwilling to give me a refund unless I send the wrong item back and pay for shipping (which is almost how much I paid in the first place) and then told me that my refund may take over a month. I did not get the item I ordered and they are trying to get more money from me!”
