Avoid them, they never send my rims, they removed my order from their website, they still "refunding" my money!!! I've been told my money will back in 24,48h - that's 56h after phone call!!! Avoid them, thiefs!!!

In short... contacted mytryres before ordering, told delivery 4-5 days, explained that I am a cancer patient and needed the 4 x tyres for daily treatment. All the yes Sirs, no Sirs "we can do that" endless emails to a useless customer service team, telephone call to Germany... still useless, got Paypal involved, mytyres sent email saying delay in Germany but DHL tracking stated passed customs?? 3 weeks later Paypal awarded refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! As if I needed all this with Cancer!! USELESS!!

Sent me wrong tyres after a massive delay, blamed brexit, covid etc, however the tracking showed they just did not prepare packaging. When areived it was wrong tyres. Still not got my money back, as took them forever to organise uplift. Used before, was Ok. Now just a bunch of clowns.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Waited 3 weeks and after numerous email they stated that its been sent, next day I find an email they cancelled that order and supplied another order number so still not dispatched

Ordered two tyres, after waiting 2 weeks for delivery I cancelled the order. They refunded one tyre after a week, they are saying they have refunded the 2nd tyre however nothing on PayPal, I have contacted PayPal and they have said there is no refunded processed, contacting my tyres daily to be told it’s been refund or they have to speak to the accounts department. After 2 weeks of poor service I’m still waiting for a refund!!

14 days waiting and still nothing, no apology, nothing... just cancelled the order and hoping for a refund... I have to say this was one of the worst experiences of online shopping in my life...

Don't buy from them! You won't see the tyres or your money! Don't buy from them! Ordered a set of motorbike tyres 3 weeks ago. Checked tracking 4 days later - tyres stuck in Netherland's customs. Called them 2 days after that to cancel. Fella on the phone said no problem and cancelled it for me. 2 days later still not money on my account. Called again - another fella told me they're waiting to get the tyres back! I said to him that this is a cancellation not a return and they should refund me immediately. He said he will tell the accounts team to queue the refund. 2 days later still no money - called again - same bs story. It's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't received my money back. Do not buy from them. It's not worth saving 20-30 pounds. Those constant lies about the refund pushed me to the limit and I will be filling a lawsuit against them. Enough is enough.

Hello, I just received the information that I have two choices 1; If I want to have my delivery as ordered to my front door it will take another seven (7) days or 2; Go and get the tires from the postal office myself in 1- 2 days. This means that the second delivery (the first order got cancelled after 2 weeks because they lost the tyres somewhere) will take two (2) weeks instead of 7 days as promised and the TOTAL time of delivery would be around 5 Weeks (instead of as communicated on their webpage 3-5 days). Or if I go and get the packages myself that it would take a minimum of 8 to 9 days and the TOTAL time of delivery would be over 4 weeks. Is this company for real? I keep getting their excuses - excuses that have the exact same expressions and format on different platforms (different Facebook-pages due to that they have multiple brands marketing their services, mail-correspondence, phone-calls and so forth) - meaning that this is something they are used to. My biggest upset however - is that the chairman of the board Alexander Gebler and the other board members: Dr. Harald Blania, Alexander Eichler, Philip von Grolman,Thomas Loock, Dr. Andreas PrĂĽfer is giving their staff (who are doing their best) tools that are not sufficient to avoid problems and to solve them if they appear. The year is almost 2021 and companies like this still exist - amazing. Regards Ken

Placed an order with MyTyres, the payment was blocked by my bank due to it being a possible fraudulent purchase and the order didn't go through. My bank contacted me to confirm I had attempted the purchase. I paced a new order which went through but have been emailed by MyTyres to say the first order that was cancelled has now been processed and charged. So I have been charged twice and have twice the amount of tyres arriving. There is no phone number available to speak with anyone at MyTyres.....I wonder why! Avoid MyTyres at all costs!!!!

Wrong tyres sent, refund takes ages (if they ever send me one). Courier will collect wrong tyres in 6 days!! Joke!! waiting for my refund already 4 days!! Don't ever try to order tyres here, they have standards from the previous decade!

I have ordered tyres and alloys over 10 days ago and have only just recieved an email saying that they do not have the items in stock. It caused some issues for me as I have had to find alternative transportation in the mean time. They offered me an alternative that would be more expensive so I declined the offer as they were not the tyres i wanted. They were more than willing to take the money. Still waiting on a refund. A real let down, even after all the good things I heard about them.

Do not use MyTyres I specifically ordered 'N0' safety rated Hankooks and they sent me lower rate tyres which = No Insurance and No Makers Approval which is dangerous. Lucky for me the tyre fitters noticed the failure from MyTyres. I contacted MyTyres and haven't heard back! They are not professional. I have attached a picture of the correct tyre - it is easy to see the 'N0' marking but MyTyres simply didn't care!

Ordered some oil via ebay 19.8.19 didn't receive it until 23.9.19 got a refund. 2 days later it turned up . A year later they are wanting there money fair enough. But put a ÂŁ5 reminder fee on and didn't make it easy to pay after several phone calls finally got hold of someone i could understand. Lets hope i have seen the back of them never again

Ordered two winter tyres. When they finally arrived I had them fitted, I then noticed one tyre had 4/5 large bulges in the sidewall. I opened a case with them where they sent a replacement & organised collection of the faulty tyre. DPD were sent to collect the faulty tyre but registered the collection as failed attempt. I have since received an invoice from them for the cost of the replacement tyre which I have refused to pay. This has now escalated to them threatening me with debt collection agency & the charge is now double what the tyre was. I will not pay it. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered and paid for 2 tyres. 1 was delivered which wasn't signed for. I complained and was then treated like a thief having to sign an afferdavit to swear that I hadn't recieved 2 tyres. The whole transaction was a nightmare from the moment their courier delivered and didn't do his job properly. Its a shame as I had used this company a few times before and never had a problem. This isn't the same company it was 12 months ago, its been sold to a bunch of Germans (delti) who are useless !!! I'll be going back to Black Circles.

Shockingly bad service, joke of a company. Tyres paid for but not in stock. Told refund would be issued, no refund. Had to call back and threaten legal action. AVOID this joke of a company

Absolutely shocking service ,not fast delivery as stated took 4 weeks to receive my tyres and was told I still haven’t paid for them .i asked for a partial refund for the bad service and was offered 12 pound .ill never buy from my tyres again
