“ Now, I am emailed to say they have sent a replacement order (which I did not want), but delivery will be in 2-3 weeks time !! I got through on the phone and was told I cannot get a refund for the first order until the replacements arrive and I refuse delivery. ”

Spoke to someone IN GERMANY today (its a German Company / Tyres come from GERMANY!) DPD failed to collect. Mytyres.co.uk had not realised the delay / non collection.. German efficiency - NOT!
